This place is genuinely so bad. The food stinks (literally) and many items are uncooked or cold. The service was horrendous; the cashier was super dismissive and rushy even though there was no one else in the store (go figure) and a small sandwich was 12.50? I get why so many primo hoagies locations are closing.

This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a VERY long time. Primo Hoagies is now my hoagie go-to!

Worst Italian sub I’ve ever eaten

Owner needs to retrain the employees, the sandwich was an absolutely crazy mess

I’ve eaten at other locations of this chain, you’re off by a mile and your employees are throwing your food cost out the door my friend.

Probably the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Incredible value too…

This was my first time ever there and I told the woman at the register. Her service was fantastic, but the sandwich was horrible. I wish I took a picture!

First of all the sandwich was drenched in oil, so much oil that there was a puddle in the paper which leaked out onto my shirt and the car seat and that’s when I was like WTH. I literally had to pull over to eat it because there was no way to eat this thing with one hand. My hands were covered in oil from just picking it up. The bread was also soggy because of it.

There was SO much mustard on the sandwich that one bite I took was just all mustard… and to top it off the lettuce and tomato was just laying on top of this fully packed sandwich. I couldn’t even close it to bite it and ended up picking the toppings off the top by finger and eating it. The lettuce was also drenched in oil.

Too sloppy and I was not a fan at all. I’ve heard great things about this chain and I cannot agree. I’ve literally been complaining about this sandwich all day to anyone who would listen lol

Avoid Primo at Clover Stadium( Boulders). 20 bucks for a few days old hoagie. Think vending machine quality sandwich. Usually like them but do not go here or be disappointed. Other vendors there better and more reasonable.

Walked in and the place looked sloppy. The man making the sandwiches was alone and he looked like he hadn’t washed his hands or even taken a bath in a week. Bad attitude since I guess it was almost closing time which he “politely “ reminded me. My first and last time there!

They make the best sandwiches around, takes Jersey Mike's out by far. Way fresher then your average very clean and fast service.
The best thing about them is they don't skimp out on the sandwich by any means you get what you pay for and then some I always get the turkey and provolone with salami and everything on it on a Italian seeded bread whole and it feeds up to 8 People for the price it's amazing. So good I drive a Hour away just to get it the best location is West Orange I must say!!! Keep up the good work and I will continue to bring my business family and friends in for sure I wish I could give them 100 stars 🤩

It was okay. The chef definitely wasn't friendly at all, but the women at the register taking orders was very nice.

I ordered a cheese steak wrap which was very good. The lady behind the counter was polite, the store is clean and it was a positive experience. The food did seem a little expensive.

First off, I want to say that the last at the register is very polite, very professional. However, I was disappointed in the sandwich. It was my first time there, and I was hoping the sandwich would be good. I ordered the mild Italian with everything on it, oil and vinegar, oregano, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. I should have taken some pictures, the sandwich wasn't good. The bread that they use is very tough which would've been fine if everything else was good. It had thick clumps of cheese that was pressed around with the meat, and something about it just doesn't work, especially with the bread. I didn't get any flavor from the sandwich other than the tomatoes and the lettuce. I had a difficult time biting the sandwich because of how tough the bread was, and I was hoping that the juices might loosen it up a bit, but it didn't because there were no juices from the meats, just oil and vinegar. The place was clean.

Really disappointing quality, flavor, service and wayyyy overpriced. Jersey Mikes is way better if you're spending more.
