Mmhhmmm

Besides the food being beyond expensive, After spending almost $100 the employees attitudes are disgusting. Was there yesterday and the young man had a nasty attitude, if you don't want to work there's others that do.NEVER AGAIN!!!

I highly recommend! It was my first time eating here. I dined in for lunch, and I had a great experience. Food was amazing and so was the service! Thank you! ☺️

3rd time here, probably up there with the most unfriendly, immature staff I've encountered anywhere in a long time. The employee making my sandwich seemed bothered to be working, talking on his phone the whole time every other word out of his mouth was profanity... The sandwich was build terribly, sloppy and careless. The meats and cheese was cut super thick. rendering it inedible... (I love cheese and generously stacked sandwiches but the prosciutto was like a thick piece of leather.) whoever owns this store needs to get a hold on their staff... I will not be returning..

I didn't get to the food part because I didn't get to order. It was two immature clowns worming there...maybe it's me?? I don't know. I walked in...one young man walked out of a door as I did and didn't come back. Then someone comes from the back znd stands by the register mean mugging me....I looked at him he looked away and sighed....maybe it's a bad day....but nah..I walked out. Went next door to eat.

Was THRILLED when we heard Primo was coming to West Orange. We first tried them In Wildwood, and loved them. Yeah, a little spendy, but I don't mind if the food is good. That was, until last Wednesday. Whoever was running the slicer on Wednesday 12/20, needs to be retrained. On a mild Italian, 1 slice of each meat an eighth inch thick is unacceptable. That's like the thickness of a standard slice of Taylor Ham. (Yeah! TAYLOR HAM, not pork roll, you South Jersey heathens!!) You couldn't bite through the prosciutto. It made the sandwich nearly inedible. Nice me thinks maybe they were just trying to bang the sandwiches out quickly during a rush. Snarky me thinks they were being lazy. One thick slice takes far less time and effort than 5 or 6 thin slices.I'm going to give them one last shot, and then I'll take my hoagie business elsewhere.

Good sandwiches and salads, also good choices on chips, went in to get sandwich before closing not crowded but they cut the sandwich without asking this was great not a bad thing usually sandwich shops don't do that and the meat was abundant!

Don't bother with the "chicken cutlets." They are microwaved frozen chicken tenders.

Little pricey. Last time I was here, I was disappointed. But I tried again, and I'm glad I did. Give them a try.

I’ve always been a big fan of Primos but this location specifically likely gives some of the largest and most tasty sandwiches out of any of the Primos locations I’ve been too!

Shout out to a worker out of your West Orange Primo Hoagies, location. His name is Emont! Hope I am spelling that correctly! ?What can I say other than to praise a worker you have working at one of your Primo Hoagies location in West Orange, NJ. Emont, is his name. He was absolutely a joy/so pleasant to interact with. I let him know that I received an incorrect order. This was for the Italian Diablo and the previous worker added so much mayonnaise to my hoagie that by the time I got around to eating it, the bun was entirely soaked and a soggy mess. I never requested to add any mayonnaise to my hoagie.Emont told me that he would be refunding me for that hoagie. That refund was supposed to take place within 3 to 5 business days. 5 business days past and I still hadn't received my refund.Emont apologized and made it up to me for all of the inconvenience caused by making me two hoagies, free of charge. Now, that's what I call impeccable customer service skills!Your company needs to keep/retain stellar employees like that for the foreseeable future! Emont is not an employee one should lose out on!I just wanted to give a shout out to Emont and his amazing customer service skills and personal interaction. In retail, you definitely want someone like Emont working in your store! Can't praise him enough and will be telling everyone I know to go to Primo Hoagies and be serviced by the stellar/top notch employee, Emont out of your West Orange, NJ location.

Will never come here again terrible experience. If you ask for a specific sandwich on the menu they tell you nothing comes on it it'll just be plain. I asked for an Italian tuna which says it'll come with mayo but they just threw tuna on bread and gave me it plain like that. Workers look miserable.
