I ordered through Uber eats chicken with shrimp fried rice-/- chicken is either bad or they put zero effort into preparations. I called the store directly, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again and the lady was yelling at me, never offered a replacement or refund. Trying to communicate and she hung up on me again. They deserve zero stars

Tried ordering delivery and the lady kept hanging up on me . When she finally took my ordered she said they will not deliver my food if i don’t tip. I told them i will tip in cash and they said they are not doing that and hung up the phone . I called back and said i will tip $5 and then said that was not enough and hang up again. My family has been eating from the Sun Wah kitchen for well over 20 years. We're no longer eating from there because the food was awful on our recent pickup order. Additionally, no sauce packets were included.
The egg drop wonton soup was ok, but there was a very small amount of soup with an excessive amount of wontons.
The pupu platter's meat sticks were dry, the fried shrimp was more breading than shrimp, and there was some sort of flat wonton with a tiny amount of something resembling cream cheese in the middle. The spring rolls were greasy and tastely. The 2 chicken wings were inedible.
The Lo Mein barely had any meat in it and was bland and unseasoned... And without sauce packets we couldn't try to season it more ourselves.
The "Seafood delight" was hardly as delight, it was mostly mushy imitation crab, with 1 small piece of lobster, some shrimp and a few rubbery scallops. The flavor was okay in the sauce.
My mom called to complain about the food as we (were) a long-time customer, thinking maybe it was a new cook. She spoke to someone that said that they were the owner, who she wanted to bring the food back to either have it replaced or refunded for the uneaten amounts. He offered to give us a little more soup broth was the only recourse offered. We thought we were accidentally disconnected, but it turns out she was hung up on by the owner, when we called back and he said no he hung up.
A very disappointing meal and experience for a family of long term customers.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever experienced. I went to their website and placed an order and paid for it. When I went to pick up they said they never got the order so I placed it there. I got home and checked my bank statement and they DID charge me. I called them being polite and told him what happened. He just screamed at me and told me to never call there again. No worries about that. Drive the extra few miles to oriental kitchen for great food and service

Everything about this restaurant is a 0. They need to be shut down. They serve uncooked food and refuse to service you if they tell you otherwise. I came to them about an issue with my food and instead of handling it professionally they were extremely nasty and rude. They refused to give a refund after I complained several times and started to raise their voice. Never eat here. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Extremely overpriced for low quality food. And don’t try and delete this review. Thanks

Ive been there twice recently. The first time I walked in the people completely ignored me. I first thought “no big deal they probably have to make sure the food isnt burning in the back” but then someone else walked in and they came up to the front to take their order. I felt slighted and made a scene because I’m not waiting for five minutes to have my order taken just to be ignored and them take someone else’s. It’s important to note they all saw and looked at me (black male) at the front waiting but didnt come to take my order, but once a white women came in they dropped everything to try and take her order. After I make a scene they take my order. The food was salty and mediocre. The second time I came the lady who ignored me immediately recognized me, which is good because I was purposely trying to give them a second chance. I get my order no problem this time….but its the wrong order. Even after clarifying at least 3 times over the phone and in person. This paired with the first (possibly racially motivated) situation Im passing on this place for no on. Im not trying to make them out to be racists, but the first situation rubbed me the wrong way.
