I’ve been a Customer for over 24years the Cake Decorating in the Basement, I don’t know what has happened with them over the years,but the prices are sky high and the services are not the same. You cannot call your Order in by phone anymore they tell you to keep calling back which is not good customer service. I picked a Birthday Cake up today which is not decorated how I ordered it - I asked for Autumn Decorations they made a cake with a yellow, red & brown flowers - No orange...read full review
