I used to love this bakery until yesterday. I called to order cupcakes and have they placed into the form of the number 45. I was told to just order online. I followed the workers instructions and received a message the next morning asking to explain more. I replied and heard nothing else from them. I called to ask what time I could pick up my order they stated the decorator is gone for the day and they never fulfilled or started my order. I explained it was for a party and that I needed the cupcakes. The employee just apologized. They did not offer any kind of suggestions or try to accommodate the fact that I no longer had a dessert option for a 45th birthday party. Worst part is the next day they texted me more questions about my order and the party was over. Worst experience ever. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK.

I went in to show that my cake wasn’t tres leche. The manger said it may have dried which is crazy because the cake didn’t seem to be moist besides the filling. Then the owner comes & says & I quote “I would have been more accommodating if you didn’t leave a 1 star review.” I’ve never seen a company who’s messed & has cared less to fix it. He tells me that he can’t give any money back but store credit but with an attitude like that why would I want to come back!

I appreciate the service but I’m not sure if they delivered the wrong cake or if they simply can’t make this cake properly. We were just two people hoping to enjoy the true flavor, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience.

Supreme always does an excellent job of getting your cake orders correct! The red & blue velvet I had tasted great and was so fresh!
DELICIOUS! Iwas shocked that they still opened up the day after a snow storm. The cake is so fresh and yummy. My hubby enjoyed his Birthday cake. Thank you so much Supreme Bakery.❤️🙌🏽💙
