I have been to several private events at this establishment. Food is well prepared, drinks are tasty, and place is nice. It feels like that nice local spot where you are always pleased to drop in. The only downside is parking.

Tried to do a pick up order and they no longer have most of the menu on their website. A bummer because I was looking forward to trying it but updating a menu is the bare minimum to expect from a restaurant.

South Valley BBQ & Lounge is one's of NJ's finest eatery. The food is great, the atmosphere is smooth and the owners are too cool! I highly recommend South Valley BBQ & Lounge to anyone.

We visited lastnight first time,and it did not disappoint, the foo was awesome and came out piping hot, and you win with the Catfish Strips, and Calamari, I couldn't drink because I was driving, but my table mate had the Peach Pineapple Martini, which he said was delicious, I had pulled pork, green beans, and mac and cheese it was soo good, pricing was not bad for what you get, and the atmosphere was on point, met some lovely young Queens, and server was devine, I forgot her name, but she wear glasses, we will definitely be coming back.

Parking: Parking was on spot, not a problem at all.
