Visited Zuluba yesterday and had a terrible experience. You know it’s bad when you have to go leave a negative review the next morning because you’re just so disappointed.When we first got there we sat at the bar and were greeted and served by the bartender “queen”. Two friends meet us there and from the time our friends arrived our bartender was almost purposely avoiding us. Another patron even called her attention to the fact that we were sitting there waiting for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES and she acted like she had no idea what he was trying to say, even though I could clearly see him motioning towards us and saying get her a drink, her response was “and what about her, what about it” and she continued to ignore us. Eventually I ended up having to flag another bartender down and I feel like the only reason she made the drinks is because I literally had to step in front of Her to get her attention. We were overcharged. There should have been a total of four drinks on our bill and there were six. The women’s bathroom has two stalls one doesn’t have a door and the other the door does not close. The only reason they’re getting one star is because I can’t give zero stars. The biggest thing was the bartender Queen was so incredibly rude. There were maybe a total of 15-18 people there with 2 bartenders so it was not like she was so busy. The DJ was really good and the esthetic was cool but because of the poor etiquette and customer service I will never go back to this place again.

Took over 20 mins to order and get my drinks. Food o rder took over 1 hr and only received 1 side to go with my entree. When it was time to pay I was overcharged, had to fix the bill 3 times. My wife and I are never coming here again, service was trash.

Horrible service, overcharge drink . Customer service is a joke. Drinks are water down!! And if you don’t pay attention to your bill, they will add on extra. 1000% do not recommend going there!

Terrible I would never step foot back in there. No cultured music and repeated songs. Three bartenders on a Saturday night for a whole club. Ordered food came out cold, then the bartender took our order to another table by accident and brought it back to us, no napkins or utensils had to ask. No asking if we needed anything else while being seated at the table where the waitresses are suppose to serve the customers. Ooh and the drinks were not even filled up to the top but a little more than half way. Definitely a perfect environment for the thugs and rats.. Tasteless and Gutter!!

This bar has scam written all over it. The owner jacks up the price and adds drinks on customers bills. They charged $25 for black label shots that weren't even filled up and added a patron drink(which I don't even drink patron) on my bill. I told the owner, and he laughed in my face. Avoid this place at all cost. Go where you are respected.
Food and drinks was on point! Good vibes with good music! Will definitely go back on a Thursday.

I have been to this place before but this is my first review. I decided to stop in to meet my sister for a couple drinks. When we arrived I found parking nearby on the street. We walked in and found my sister. We were served by Tiffany and she was great. I had a couple of issues with my drinks and she fixed it right away. For two drinks it came to about $18. The DJ was good as well. We all had a good time.

Please remove Zuluba from Opentable - they do not honor opentable reservations. if we had not arrived by 8pm we would have not been able to find an empty table - on top of that we had to hunt down our own chairs as people left. it was a nightmare. it's a very young crowd - very loud and very crowded. More of a lounge than restaurant. The service and food were ok. It's not very expensive so you get what you pay for.
