I usually hit Valley Fresh most days after work. Always returning for the Grilled Chicken Quesadilla!??But they do have a wide variety of choices. And the food is always the same, delicious!?What I like most, they are very organized, everything runs smoothly. And that the staff is extremely pleasant, always giving off family vibes.??

The food was very tasty and good, the woman there was very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is very warm and nice.
I had an empanada from valley fresh a few months ago and it was good. I had another one last week and it was great! Soft, flaky on the outside, with crisp edges and a warm flavorful tasty filling ?… I’m used to restaurants where the food quality goes down over time but it was a pleasant surprise that the food continues to be a good quality and even get better! Keep up the good work! Nice to have a local consistently fresh, yummy, high quality, healthy food, option eatery!

This morning I called to order a traditional Dominican breakfast called mangu. Its traditionally made with boiled smashed/mashed plantains accompanied with fried egg, pickled red onions, fried spanish cheese and fried salami. I was so excited this was on the specials menu!After I ordered, I received a call back from the chef to ask if I had ever had mangu mixed with yuca (casaba) and I had not but took his suggestion because I love yuca....I took ONE bite and had to stop to call the restaurant and tell them how AMAZING it was! I have not ever had a better mangu than this one! It was so good I asked if they could put it on the regular menu. They are talking about that....I'm hoping they will but will keep an eye out for it!Don't wait to taste this delicious dish!!!

Catered a party. Wings, wraps, vegie platter. Everything was great. Delivery person went the extra mile. Very happy with the experience.
The signage outside leads 1 to believe that it's a vegan restaurant.However, upon entering there are Greek inspired dishes listed on a chalk written menu, along with Greek desserts and health conscious smoothies.Things really get confusing with all of the signage for specials that were Dominican influenced. The owner was kind enough to share some tostones drizzled in a homade garlic and thyme sauce that was AMAZING! Additionally, he offered me a tasting of slow cooked chicken steeped in a bath of seasonings that just opened my palate.I opted for a bleu cheese burger w/sweet potato fries that was 999% fantastic. Just as I was about to leave, 2 separate regular customers came in to pick up their orders. One was a 20oz grass fed steak covered in shrimps, peppers, and onions, served with "Dominican Fried Rice". The other party was there to pick up a seafood burger!?!?!I asked the owner where these items were on the menu. He said "you just have to keep coming back and talk to me."In my Arnold Terminator voice "I'LL BE BACK!!!".
