Willow and Olivia has become one of my most favorite bakeries. I’ve used their services on many special occasions. Because I was going so often not only did I feel welcomed but I became great friends with the owner and made new friends in town by having this as a coffee meet up to talk to with some of the residents in town. Willow and Olivia is a household name for my family. We love the service and yes the cakes

I emailed to inquire about a cake and I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. I emailed with the cake idea and photos because the online form didn’t have options that fit my needs. When I emailed, they responded insisting for me to fill out that form. So I did, and I requested a time for the next day. I was open if it wasn’t available and could have gotten the cake the next day. They replied to me telling me they’re booked for the entire weekend? I’m sorry, so you used my time making me fill out a form just to tell me you’re booked for the entire weekend? You couldn’t have said that before? I’ve literally never heard of a bakery taking longer than 24-48 hours turnaround time in my life. Then they go on to suggest I use ShopRite or Walmart bakery…. For a GENDER REVEAL cake. Is that a facetious suggestion? What a joke. I’ll never use them again in the future. What a complete waste of time.

First time experience and I was so impressed by the service and quality of the items I ordered. I requested a Ms. Rachel themed cake and the owner delivered that and much more. The cake was moist and delicious. My guests loved it!! I will definitely return and am so glad to have taken a chance with a business I was unfamiliar with. You won't be disappointed ☺️

Stopped in on national carrot cake day this past weekend. Pre-ordered online and when I went, it was absolutely awesome. Carrot cake is probably some of the best I've ever had. I also saw a chocolate chip cookie that was calling my name and again, probably one of the best I've ever had. Not cheap but absolutely worth

I have been a customer of WIllow & Olivia’s since they opened, I have not found a better Bakery for Quality, Flavor or Variety. Whenever I can I stop in and get treats for myself and others, all of my friends ask.. where did you get this and when are you going back? Do yourself a favor and give Willow & Olivia’s a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Happened to taste their cake and cupcakes at a party. Decided against giving them an order. Not worth the hype.
If you want mediocrity to be the hallmark of your celebration, look no further. We placed an order for a package deal of birthday cake, cupcakes and cake pops a couple of months in advance for our daughter's 1st birthday but were profoundly disappointed by the products we received. The icing/decoration on the cake as well as the cupcakes was unimaginative. They simply made it as per the inspiration picture we sent. We had asked them to use their imagination and surprise us, but that request was clearly ignored. The cake wasn't fluffy, the texture was lumpy to be precise. The same goes for the cupcakes and cake pops. All of it tasted extremely soapy and unappetizing because of the excessive use of baking soda. The kids and adults hated it alike and all the cake pieces ended up in the trash bin. It was a 2-tier cake and the bottom tier of the cake remained untouched as the guests told each other to avoid the soapy cake. It was promptly trashed because of the horrible taste. We trusted Willow & Olivia to live up to their reputation in West Orange, to make our special occasion a fond memory, but instead we were thoroughly let down and would always remember them for the lumpy, soapy unpalatable cake that ruined our daughter's first birthday. For the premium they charge, the end products are subpar. Spare yourself the horror and steer clear of this establishment if you don't want to be deeply disappointed.

My boss got cupcakes for our 1 year anni at work. They were the bombbb ! Literaly perfection 20/10 so good! Will be my go to from now on.
Willow and Olivia is the BEST bakery in West Orange, hands down. Cookies are always warm and gooey, cakes are made to your exact choosing, and pastries are a go to staple for us week in and week out. Go with an open mind and empty stomach and leave with a smile on your face every time! The owner is friendly and accommodating to any baked goods needs. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 out of 5.
Yesterday. I took a little field trip from my office at Weichert West Orange, and I made a visit to this little diamond in the West Orange community. Willow & Olivia is a very open and welcoming space with delicious coffee and tasty baked treats! After I left I was sad that I didn't take any pictures of the desserts, but I was too busy gobbling them down to think of photos. :)Gia the owner is very friendly and lovely to chat with and wow can she bake! While I was there, I had a brookie (a combination of a brownie and a cookie) which I washed down with a latte. Both were delicious! I needed more, so I took home a banana pudding rice crispy treat which made an excellent dessert later that night with my dinner.I definitely will be returning to Willow & Olivia. West Orange is lucky to have such a great small business in the community! Next time I go I promise to take pictures!
