I live locally and go to this place every now then. The lady at the cashier counter is pretty dishonest, which is why I am leaving this 1 star review. Last three times I’ve been there she has charged me for something different from what I ordered. She’ll make small changes so you may not even notice - like charge you for scallion cream cheese when you ordered plain cream cheese. Then she pretends like she didn’t know what you ordered, gets flustered because she got caught red handed and annoyingly makes the correction. Two other times I’ve paid cash and she has given me incorrect change and then pretended to forget how much cash I gave her - including one time where she told me the wrong amount making me second guess myself. Each time she is quick to correct the mistake like she knows what she is doing all along. If she has this level of temporary amnesia maybe she shouldn’t be working the cash register. My suggestion if you go here is to calculate what you owe for your order - I know sounds ridiculous, but the cashier is busy making a buck here and there. I only go in because I like their Jalapeno bagels, but I will have to reconsider.

Really wanted to love them. The bagels are very good. Unfortunately, I paid $13 for a a bottle of soda and a bagel with cream cheese and bacon (like 2 pieces) and there was barely any cream cheese on it.
Quite a few changes under new ownership. The food quality is still fine - especially good bagels. But the selection and extras are a bit less, sandwiches are not piled as high and are more expensive – to be expected. There is also an added charge for lettuce and tomato.

I placed an online order, was charged for additional items like lettuce, tomato & onion. Specified the salad wanted since a small container comes with the sandwich....my advice would be to check your order before you leave. Nothing was added. Although they did get the roll right. Fine for a quick sandwich

We have been going to Bagel Hole for the past 12 years. The previous owners ( old couple) did a good job. The current owners or staff are very rude and the quality has gone down.

Bacon, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. Tiny thin egg, one slice of bacon and tasteless cheese. Bagel was so-so. Not even close to a 8.50 value.

Spot is meh. Dunkin’s better imho
Changing from 2 star to 1 star.
I asked for hot water for a cup I brought with my own tea bags and got a “unsure NO” as it’s not on the menu to have hot water in a machine that brews hot coffee… lol

Really good bagels ?. Fair prices, fast and friendly service. Sometimes there are small lines, but they clear fast. They have clean inside and outside seating.
If you're looking for NYC style bagels, these come closest in the Princeton/West Windsor area!

ONLINE ORDERING - BIG FAIL - Pleasant, efficient, good food/service in-person. Website - awful - can order the spreads but not bagels by the 1/2 or dozen or so. Also no drink options - have to retrieve those from the cooler when pick up order. Supposed to be able to choose a pickle with a sandwich but doesn't give option for every sandwich. Delivery? We only do delivery direct from business and there was no way to tell who would be delivering or the fee (I'm sure there's a fee); besides, then you won't have a drink or chips, and we can't be gathering drinks, sides and sandwiches from separate locations. We tried, you failed, we'll stick with ordering from Honeybaked Ham for our business lunches.
My sandwich was filling, tasty, and made fast. The service was polite, efficient and they do accept credit cards. Exactly what I had hoped for.
