I ordered four bagels with egg, cheese, and ham, plus two plain toasted ones with cream cheese on the side, and ended up paying over $40. Does that price seem reasonable, or was I overcharged? The bagels were just okay, nothing special. Plus, they only take cash. I'm having second thoughts about this place.

#2 pastrami sandwich is not a good sandwich nor worth the value (about 9 bucks). This sandwich looks like I made it at home not purchased at a Deli. Last thing, they heated my pastrami in the microwave. Enough said!!!!

The bagels were ok, I got a buttered bagel and there was just only a thin layer like almost no butter on the bagel, very disappointed to be honest and we also got chocolate chip cookies that looked great but tasted terrible and were hard as

The bagel shop I stopped by for my quick breakfast, their breakfast bagle was so delicious, so I went there twice in a row. Even though my husband never been fan of bagels, he said he would come again because the ingredients were fresh and their variety menu on bagels. The coffee was mild and less acidic, which I prefer in the morning. The owner's bright smile made me happy with the starting of the day, and I was grateful that she was so kind to my 2-year-old son.I keep some cash in my pocket nowdays for their bagel :)

I like to have my eggs cooked in butter rather than the corn oil that the Bagel Hole uses to cook with and when I asked for the accommodation they told me they did not have butter. I pointed out that they most certainly had butter in their store they just replied that they would not use butter to cook the eggs for me. I do not know why they would use such an unhealthy oil to cook with to begin with but regardless they have now lost a customer who frequently brought bagels into the office for such an easy request.Also, not sure why they are a cash only business in this day and age where stores just charge for credit card usage anyway.

We went here to assess the quality of their plain bagel with plain cream cheese compared to other bagel shops in the area. The bagel was too soft, lacking a crust, and had a strange aftertaste. Service, however, was good and calling ahead works well. Overall, wouldn’t recommend given the quality of certain other local bagel shops.

Most unethical business in our town, rude and worst customer service. They messed up my pickup order and the instead of checking the order that was placed when we called without checking the order ticket they blamed it on us and still didn't admit their mistake. **We don't need this in our town, demand respect, customer service and basic courtesy #skipthehole. "What's your problem? you order wrong" this is no way to speak with a customer especially when you got it wrong on your side and you confirmed that when you re-checked...
