Amazing people smells amazing immediately when you walk in, I dropped my glass drink and the lady helped clean it up and gave me another bottle for free, they are nice clean and food is great go here 11 stars if I could.

Been going to this place for almost 30 years. Go to spot whenever I need a bagel, blt, or a turkey club sandwich. The owners are great and are legends in this area!

My first time here. I ordered pork roll egg and cheese on a roll. I got just that. Seems like they only put one egg on my roll. Very disappointed.

I have been coming here for years now, as I’ve grown up in East Windsor. It’s always been a weird atmosphere, not friendly, not welcoming at all. It’s a family owned business, ran by a mom and very good food… but this doesn’t excuse horrible customer service. I had ordered 10 minutes before through phone. I came in and stood in line. The younger boy in the back just looked at me and didn’t ask if I needed help. As there were people away from the register waiting on their orders to be done. They had been there, I wasn’t. You would think he would ask if he could help me. Just looked at me until I looked at him and told him I ordered on the phone. The owner and him look to see if it’s almost done, but didn’t communicate it’s not ready or anything. I’m just standing there waiting and not even being told I have to wait. Especially the owner knowing it’s not done didn’t say anything to me just looked at me briefly. When it was finally done the young boy didn’t even say anything, legit motioned me to come over to pay. Being that I’ve worked in customer service, there’s a way of doing this. Especially for a small business. It’s not an atmosphere most people want to come to.Edit: I waited an extra 5 minutes after ordering 10 minutes before on the phone- bagels aren’t toasted what so ever. And I ordered toasted dark. I’m very disappointed.
