I have been coming here for years now, as I’ve grown up in East Windsor. It’s always been a weird atmosphere, not friendly, not welcoming at all. It’s a family owned business, ran by a mom and very good food… but this doesn’t excuse horrible customer service. I had ordered 10 minutes before through phone. I came in and stood in line. The younger boy in the back just looked at me and didn’t ask if I needed help. As there were people away from the register waiting on their orders to be done. They had been there, I wasn’t. You would think he would ask if he could help me. Just looked at me until I looked at him and told him I ordered on the phone. The owner and him look to see if it’s almost done, but didn’t communicate it’s not ready or anything. I’m just standing there waiting and not even being told I have to wait. Especially the owner knowing it’s not done didn’t say anything to me just looked at me briefly. When it was finally done the young boy didn’t even say anything, legit motioned me to come over to pay. Being that I’ve worked in customer service, there’s a way of doing this. Especially for a small business. It’s not an atmosphere most people want to come to.Edit: I waited an extra 5 minutes after ordering 10 minutes before on the phone- bagels aren’t toasted what so ever. And I ordered toasted dark. I’m very disappointed.

Had ordered a pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel, ended up with a bacon egg and cheese on a wheat bagel. Wasn't bad just not what I ordered.

You can't get a better bagel anywhere! The staff is friendly and do a great job of keeping a good flow when the line gets long. Lots of sandwich options! Just hope they get a cheese bagel one day!

The charge 5.50$ for a BEC that has one egg on it, this is a disgrace probably the worst egg sandwich iv ever had do not give your money to this place

Overpriced sandwich with half an egg. Such a disappointment. This place used to be great. Never going here again.

I'm obsessed. My BLT was perfect and the woman taking orders was so friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Affordable and they have so many options. Amazing.

Stopped in on a Wednesday morning. Quick, friendly service. Bagels were pretty good - I would have preferred more pork roll on my egg sandwich.

Great tasting bagels and cream cheese! Just wish they would put more cream cheese on the bagels

Very expensive, especially for the amount of food you get. One egg, two paper thin slices of pork roll, and a slice of cheese. A side of three equally thin slices of bacon $3.50!
