My recent experience with Carlucci’s is so disappointing. We spent 60$ on two orders of chicken fettuccine Alfredo pasta. The food is bland and dry with no Alfredo sauce at all.

Food was pretty bland, was worried from the slices of old bread with bland sauce on them as a welcome dish. Can get better dishes for half price at local pizzerias

The food is very good. And they are very accommodating. If you can give the name of a dish that is not on the menu or describe what is in it they will make it for you.
Everyone is very friendly from the manager to the cashier to the waiters and waitresses . And if I ever went into the kitchen, I’m sure I would find friendly cooks. ?
It is nice that you can bring your own bottle and also dine outside in nice weather.
Vegetarian options: I can always get some great vegetarian dishes when I am on the Daniel Fast or dining with friends who are vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: It is fabulous that they have many gluten-free choices. My adult gluten-free son usually has to limit what he can choose from most menus. Carlucci’s provides a full range of choices.
They are also very willing to make a dish in any way that you need it prepared because of a dietary restriction.
Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center, and there is a lot of parking.
Kid-friendliness: I have never come here with a child. But I see children being accommodated here with no problem.
There are lots of booths for them to hide in and keep away from others ???
Wheelchair accessibility: I have not had to come in with a friend and a wheelchair. But the entrance is on one level and the parking lot is flat. The entrance looks wide enough to accommodate any wheelchair. So wheelchair accessibility looks to be good.

pro tip: don't place a delivery order on their website. I realized I overpaid tremendously for a plain pie that was selling for $16 on food delivery service apps. the pizza arrived cold and is nothing to express enjoyment over. no basil as stated on their site! the pie is small too! unfortunate as I dined there recently and had a wonderful Italian meal. I never do this but I don't want others to fall into their strange markup trap!

Food is great. Servers are great, but they are about their business. More straight and to the point.

We dined at Carluccis tonight, wish I could say it was a better experience, while the food certainly was very good the service was far from it. We ordered an appetizer and a main course, the main course came out while we were eating the appetizer, so she took away the appetizer and shoved the main course on top of us. I guess our mistake was ordering the appetizer, funny I though restaurants profited more when you ordered both. As is in any restaurant the wait staff controls your dinning experience regardless of how good the food is. Whether this is common to the restaurant or the result of a bad waitress I would highly suggest that mangement review the timing of food delivery to maintain its stellar reputation and the satisfaction of its clientel and translate that to the wait staff.

My and my family are Carlucci regulars. This time we decided to cater with them for our daughter's grad party. We ordered trays of pesto cream pasta, the penne alla vodka, chicken parm with spaghetti and a Cesar salad. The food was so good that even after ordering extras, people kept going for seconds and we ran out of food!!! Carlucci's prepares the food the same day and possibly everything's from scratch. The result was that the food was supremely fresh, flavorful, the cesar salad fresh, chilled and crispy and the dressing is to die for!!! The prices are very reasonable and the portions they provided for the half trays were very generous!
Now for catering too, we are Carlucci regulars!!!

Waiter was demeaning and obnoxious. Several entrees were more Mediterranean than Italian. Used to really like this place. Not rushing back.

Food is delicious and service is excellent! The price for a piece of pistachio ricotta cake way too high and it was a tiny piece, good thing we split it. I wouldn't want to pay $18. On dessert!! The waiter was looking for more tip money. We gave him $10 on a $68 bill!
