PJ's Pancake House - West Windsor

After the closure of the Robinsvile location this was the next closest PJs so I came with my lady for a nice brunch. I wish I did some research because there was no bar inside so no drinks. The service was very slow for a Monday morning which without drinks felt even longer. The food was great but this location is tiny so I wouldn't recommend large groups.

This location is horrible. Food is bad and overpriced, there is always a line because tables are not cleared fast enough. And the manager is outright nasty. I would suggest to help them stay less busy by taking your money elsewhere.

The service was quick, but the food was genuinely bad. There was no flavor, and it certainly was not worth the menu prices. Would recommend a local diner over this small chain.

Hostesses was welcoming..
Waitress neglected to check back with us while eating and we did not get asked if we wanted more of the endless cup of coffee advertised. I started with a speciality chai which was served in a miniature cup and was watery - so I switched to the coffee . The bacon was asked to be crispy, not thrown in the deep fryer and served burnt and hard .
The child manager took a “ whopping $2 off the bill - not great customer service on top of not a great experience or meal . Very disappointing

Came for shakshuka we had once at a different location and we loved it. Today was not so tasty, eggs were placed on top...
Do not recommend.

Service was great! Food was delicious and servings were large. Most of what we got was in their 2-Fer meal, which was a pretty great deal. Their hot chocolate was amazing and I highly recommend the buttermilk pancakes!

would not ever return to this place. first, prices are sky high and there is no way to justify, regardless of what side you are on. nothing we ordered was even worth mentioning. only suggestion is if I was the owners/mgt I would hope someone would constantly tell me this: 'do better'! side note, when I was out of coffee, it was nearly impossible to get someones attn from where they all hung out to get a simple reload. thanks for reading, as I NEVER do reviews, but couldn't pass this one up, that's how disappointing it was, unfortunately. If I ever ran a restaurant, I would be embarrassed if this is the best I could do.

Tell Niko to call me since your host said he would be aggressive about kicking us out when we were drinking coffee.

The host said, “you need to leave. If Niko the man anger was here, he would be aggressive with you.” Please tell Niko to give me a call.

Very poorly run establishment. No reservations and no concept of wait time. Was told 25 minutes for a table, waited 25 mins, checked back in and was told 40 more minutes and then told to just “try another place”. Will never be back.

My husband and I had a fantastic breakfast yesterday. He had the omelet with pancakes and loved everything. I had the bananas foster caramel waffle, and it was the best waffle I've ever had! I also had a side of eggs over easy and they were delicious. Our server, Rita, was terrific in every way. She was very attentive, friendly, and kind. She went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

So drove 3 hrs from NY to have a nice breakfast on my son’s birthday. Waited longer then told owner (I’m assuming) was talking himself up. Told waitstaff that my son’s breakfast was on him! When we got check he took a lousy $4 off on a $160 breakfast bill. Not that we expected anything at all but he made such a big deal to everyone how he treated for his bday!
