Ordered Christmas Day dinner (family tradition) for delivery. We are long time Shanghai Bun customers. Driver arrives 45 minutes after ordering and informs us that food is not ready. Calls to restaurant are answered initially and then hung up followed by no answer on callback. Driver waits nearly an hour (this is 90 minutes post ordering) before we tell him to stop waiting. This place is not far from my apartment. My parents and I went here for some authentic Chinese. The food was good from the soup dumplings, to the steamed vegetables. The service staff was friendly. The place is nice. The prices are affordable. I would definitely come back next time.
