Food is alright. I am disappointed in the lack of customization options especiallyat the price points. I asked if I could get a hot chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes instead of coleslaw and was told that wasn't an option. This alone would be a 3 start experience but the cashier looked annoyed that I even asked which brought the service level down. They have a crispy chicken sandwich on the menu with these toppings so I didn't think it would be an issue. The chicken sandwich was okay.

Most likely won't be coming back.

Yesterday, Sunday, I went to dinner, spicy chipotle, the taste is unpleasant, the food was in bad condition, and I had to go to the hospital, I WILL NEVER COME BACK, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible..🤢🤢

The burgers are pretty standard, not mind blowing, not bad, very ok.

The fries were excellent, crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside.

The previous employees were really good at giving food really well. The french fries were great, but this time around I gave it a shot again and it was soggy. The atmosphere isn't the same anymore. It seems the employees aren't really happy. If that's the case it resonates with customers.

Amazing spicy chicken sandwich! I was looking for a late bite and came across Zac's for being open after 10pm. Wow what a finding and pleasant surprise! Will be back for sure.
