Applebee's Grill + Bar

They changed the look of this Applebee's and it looks nice! Service is great and food is great. Definitely a good change with staff and service. It used to have snappy, miserable staff but the new staff are super friendly and attentive. Food comes out nice and hot as well.

The server was sweet, but it took a good while before she came to our table and she never asked if everything was okay or do we need anything. But the food was delicious.

We come there pretty often Tall light skinned African Male, Medium Skin African Female and our Caucasian Male Friend from Wales we all over 60 We sat in a booth located at the end of Bar. A African American Male in with Glasses,Med Built Was Very Blunt Not Kind Serving Us I saw his kindness with other customers We arrived approx 430pm He even followed us to the front door and returned Tip we Gave him which I found Very Strange 😞If we see him again we will not let him serve us

They had me waiting for way longer than I was suppose to for my to go order but you can clearly see all the employees on phones in the corner through window. I tipped very well. It’s really not a complicated order I waited over 25 minutes past the time the app gave me after calling them at the time I was given and them telling me it’s coming right out.

Patrick was our server and he was awesome! We never waited for anything— service was prompt and polite. He handled an issue (no fault of his own) at another table with poise and grace, even when the customers did not. The manager was stopping at the tables to make sure everything was okay. The hostess and host were very welcoming. 10/10 today!

Great service and convo!

My now Girlfriend and I stopped here before our first movie together. We just wanted to have a drink before we got to the theater. Yes it was all new and awkward for us. But our bartender made it easier for us to relax. She asked us what we liked and thought we had time for wings before we had to leave to see the movie.

Before the bartender started making our drinks. She asked just to make sure we wanted alcoholic drinks or non alcoholic drinks of what we ordered.

After confirming we wanted alcoholic drinks she made them and still kept up with our conversation while making the drinks.

When we noticed our limited time before the movie. We asked for to go boxes for our wings. The bartender stopped what she was doing to urgently get us to go boxes so we weren't late for the movie.

I have to thank the bartender because she made the situation less awkward for us to continue or first date on the best foot possible!

Handicap parking is a joke they changed it to make it better for takeout meals there are only 3 spaces for Handicap

I like this Applebee's. No wait and a hidden gem at peak times. When other restaurants are a 45 min wait. I always go here because the wait is never longer than 10 mins.
