I enjoyed being an Applebee's I was away from home and the waitress I believe her name is D couldn't have been more nice took care of everything meal came the right way she also did not rush me out nice store

Great time EXCEPT the bartender had sliced lemons directly on the drain tray! Absolutely unsanitary, I said something to her and she later put them on a bowl.

We have been going to the Applebees in Westampton for years . I was so surprised tonight to find out , our waitress no longer works there. Needless to say , we didn’t stay. Sam Edwards was and is a great server. Not just for us but you could see her efficiency with all her customers. She was always on top of orders, drinks and refills. Her kindness showed in her smile and southern accent. So welcoming and professional at all times. I would not be surprised if Applebee’s numbers go down without her there.

My husband and I have been going to this Applebees since 2007. We knew all of the managers and even knew the GM who was a lady, who would always come over and speak to us when she saw us. WE even had our wedding reception at this store. We got to know all of the hostesses and all of the servers. They would fight over who was going to wait on us.,by saying , you had the last week, it's my turn.
We always brought our family there for dinner,
when they were visiting. Then came covid. That changed everything. We still did carside to support this Applebees. We finally felt safe enough to come back out in public to dine out again and our favorite server "Sam" was still there, that made us so happy. She is a wonderful server, kind, caring and always took good care of us.until today 11/30/2024 we found out that she got let go. So Applebees I don't know what all happened but I don't know that we will return. When you let a fantastic server go with no real reason, I can not support an unsupported
reason for such a hard working server as "Sam".

This is my third time coming here for takeout in the last two weeks. The deals on the food and drinks are wonderful and the food has been excellent.

Three times now we have gone there and waited and waited for someone to bring our food out to the car. Each time we had to get out of the car and go in which is kind of hard for me I walk with a cane. I think it had something to do with the fact that I put a zero tip down in the order. With every intention of giving them a tip when they came to the vehicle.

This Applebees location in Cherry Hill, NJ is wonderful. We never have a bad experience. Our server justin p was patient and very friendly.

Lori was my server when my husband and I came to eat on Veterans Day. She was quick to greet us and inform us of the Veterans Day menu being offered that day. Our drinks and food were delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. My husband’s medium rare steak was cooked to perfection. Lori really went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t lift a finger, or have any needs during the course of our dinner. She also made sure to thank my husband for his service to this country, as we thanked her for her service to us. We will be back to see her!

wanna start off by saying i was a server and bartender for 2 years and i know what it’s like to be busy and whatnot but honestly, i’m giving one star because the option for “0” is not here.

I went into applebees, westampton location tonight (10/16) around 9pm. we got sat immediately the hostess was great.

our server did not greet us for at least 10 minutes. we ordered our drinks and food all at the same time. got our drinks 10 mins later from the bar, forgot my water, it’s no biggie.

this is what really gets me, so the food comes. all is well, we order another round of drinks and 20 or so minutes goes by as we WATCH our drinks sitting at the bar!! waiter nowhere to be seen. how do we know these are our drinks, you ask? because after we paid for our “check” (which we didn’t even get a physical copy to see if our drinks were “comped”, BTW) our waiter took said drinks from the bar and OFFERED THEM TO THE TABLE THAT SAT BEHIND US AND SAID “drinks on me”… didn’t even greet them prior to that, did not ID them.i don’t even think they asked for it LOL.

never in my life have i ever experienced something so bizarre. will not be going back.
