Awesome ribs, great people running the place. Get the real wings, not the boneless…

This place has some of the best BBQ in the area and not just for fast food type BBQ. It's ACTUALLY GOOD! Don't sleep on this place.FYI: like any good BBQ it is a bit more expensive than some other food but well worth it.

First off the chicken and brisket were amazing, compared to other pits, Dicky's ensures the meats were NOT dry, hope that quality is maintained. Manager or one acting behind the counter was enthusiastic, friendly, and overall someone I'd buy a drink for! (Yes, the gentleman showed passion)Feedback;1. Consider pork alternatives such as turkey bacon, I love baked beans but the bacon may close on a other demographic, possible niche?2. Texas Toast needs seasoning, period. Thick bread and butter is not worth an additional $0.50, Jazz it up a bit!3. Mac n cheese lacks that BBQ essence, consider additional cheeses to your recipes such as Gouda or Muenster and top it off with some seasoned bread crumbs.I'm not biased, nor do I have any malicious intent. I'd definitely return as a customer, however my suggestions have some merit.. I hope my feedback is received well, and wish much success!

Very tender brisket wonderfully cooked. I got mine with no sauce, sauce is often too sweet. Very nice taste & texture. The French fries were good too and OKRA ?

Had a snafu on an order , went home only to find some missing items . I called and was told to come back but that wasn’t an option because of distance but returned the next day and all was made right . Great Customer Service !!!! Food was fresh and very delicious.Dietary restrictions: Seems to be a Peanut and Tree Nut Friendly.. of course please check but there’s a complete menu disclosure on their website , AWESOME

The place is a bit old looking from outside and though it was updated inside you could tell it was an old fast food place. It was very clean though. The food and service was great. It is a mix between fast food and a traditional restaurant. You line up like fast food, but it isn't cooked till you order it. They said it was a new way of cooking BBQ. It tasted like it was slow cooked. I like the concept, but they could iron out some of the appearance, like the way pecan pie is displayed. It tasted good, just wrapped in plastic wrap. The fried okra was excellent. The ribs were better then Famous Dave's and the Toast added a little different flare.

When the craving for BBQ hits you - you're better off if you leave it to the pit masters - but if you must visit a chain... Mission BBQ is a better option. Pretty much the only good thing about our lunch at Dickey's was the two friendly guys behind the counter and the infamous "Big Yellow Cup". We had been wanting to check our Dickey's since we passed by a few months ago when driving through the area. We came for lunch during the week to the empty Dicky's - just us and the aforementioned super friendly guys behind the counter (the reason for 2 stars). We ordered two meals and an order of boneless wings. The pulled pork was dry and the roll was definitely several days old. The boneless wings were boxed minced meat nuggets with Franks RedHot poured over them. The fries were limp and the pickles had a weird taste I could not describe. The food in general a big disappointment. Our meal filled the emptiness and appeased our hunger but will not be returning to this BBQ Chain.

The food lacked seasoning. Corn muffin was okay. Green beans had no flavor. Baked potato was over cooked. I wanted to try something different. Nothing tasted like "a barbecue" I don't know why they call it that. Maybe it was just a bad night/maybe not I don't know but I don't think I will be back.
