I ordered on Sunday morning , Hot chocolate was extremly watered down and hash browns tasted like they were cookes in dirty oil, turkey sausage was awwful my whole meal was terrible ruined my morning

The Spanish lady 40-50 with the blonde pony tail is extremely rude. She got my order wrong then was super unprofessional arguing with me on what I ordered. I then asked for her name and she walked away and ignored me I will be calling corporate. This is unacceptable.

This place stole money from me. Literally gave them $10 and they shorted me $4. And gave some bs about the bills I gave them. But on camera you can see the cashier switching the bills. Real deviants at this location. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on Beverly-Rancocas.
It was a great experience. The employee’s who made my drink is Fatma. She made it perfect and she had a great customer service.

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the worst, I believe personally, in my opinion. I'm standing at the front counter for a few minutes waiting. They looked at me and kept on serving other customers at the drive thru. There's at least six workers at the drive thru talking all loud to each other, and no one is able to come to the front counter immediately to serve a customer is unheard of. What happened to honoring customer service first? Can someone please come up front to serve me? Another thing. I noticed the cashier that was getting my donuts. She would be handling the cash register at the same time without changing her gloves. And I said, no, I don't want those donuts. You never changed your gloves. I was watching you the whole time. “Can you please put some gloves on?” It seems no one follows sanitary practices anymore.
Very disappointed. I ordered an iced latte and it tasted like straight milk.

Let me tell you I love this DD. it's my favorite the staff is always friendly. I usually go during the week and they know me and the Manger Rosey she and her crew Rocks. I went over the weekend and the weekend crew took every good care of me. friendly. I want to say thank you for always making me and my family sunset refresher.

This may be one of the worst dunkin donuts in all of NJ. The man rushes your order. They consistently get your order wrong. He in incredibly difficult to hear/understand which is why when they repeat your order back u cannot tell if they even got it correct. I hope they hire competent staff and the owner goes on permanent vacation
