Awesome Bagels, absolutely delicious!Revising my review:I love the bagels here, but every time I've gone, they're out of basic bagels, IE: Sesame or have limited selection of anything, I end up going elsewhere. Also went here at 7:20AM and they were closed.I keep giving this place chances and it keeps letting me down.

Great food and huge, delicious bagels! They made us scallion cream cheese specially without bacon and the wicked regret sandwich is amazing! Very filling and satisfying meals for a great price.

Waited 48 minutes for my food in a fully staffed kitchen, watched door dash orders triple the size of my order go out the door and customers sitting waiting for simple items. There is a sign on the counter that basically portrays to customers that the food will take long...deal with it. It says “WE ARE NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT...” After waiting an hour for the food I approached the counter to ask for an update only to find my food sitting on the counter getting cold. Brought it home and it was cold and chewy, I had to throw it all out. No matter how good the sandwich or how nice the staff, 50 minutes for a bagel @11am is ridiculous. Prioritize your door dash orders—listen and properly address customer complaints. LEARN is an acronym for customer retention and guest recovery used by corporations across the country. V displeased with my experience.

My first time there and it just took way too long to get my food even though I called it in, plus my order almost got sent with somebody elses. I feel they need more people working there than the 2 that I saw, especially at the counter. On top of that, my order was wrong, I asked for a porkroll egg and cheese on a roll, and I got it on a bagel instead, also asked for salt pepper and ketchup, but yet again my sandwich was wrong, they forgot to put that on my sandwich.

Great customer service, I love their theme and was happy to support a small business. I got a pork roll and cheese on an everything bagel, the seasoning was delicious but the bagel itself was a different style than any bagel I’ve had before. I’d say it’s worth trying but definitely wasn’t the best bagel I’ve ever had. They could improve on packaging as well! Sandwich wasn’t cut all the way through and was falling apart when I opened it.

I just moved to Westampton and I was happy to know there was a bagel shop near by. They have a delicious breakfast sandwiches and not to mention the decor is on point! I recommend Wicked to anyone in the area, and also show support to local businesses instead of large chains.
First time. I ordered the Captn Crunch French Toast and the build your own breakfast sandwich. I got 2 pancakes as buns with bacon and arrived egg with cheese. Phenomenal! I ordered through grubhub and took a gamble on delivery but I was satisfied. The food was delicious I will definitely go back and try in person.
