on 7/11 and 7/12 We confirmed that Lim Fong 111 was able to accommodate our company's lunch order and they assured us. On 7/13 we placed an order at 11:31 am as discussed prior. The order was said to be delivered in 45 minutes. We called them at 1:30 pm to check on the status, to which we were told our order was on the way. At 1:53 Lim Fong called us to inform they have not even started the order, so we asked them to cancel it and they once again said it was on the way. By 2:00 pm we had been told several stories on if the food was prepared, where it was, and if we were charged. Never received an acknowledgement or apology as 29 people were stuck without lunch. I would NOT entrust with a large order. This was a disaster and completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

Placed a large order to provide lunch for our staff. We were told 45 mins , 2 hours later I called to check the status and they stated they were on the way but couldn’t give me an eta . Mind you they are only 10 mins from our business . They called back 20 mins later to tell us they haven’t even started it ! I asked them to cancel and called back to make sure we got the refund I requested and was told the food was on the way again ! After much debate , the food was never made and we were lied to multiple times . They couldn’t provide me with a refund slip even after they asked me to send someone to come pick it up ! Once again, lied to by this restaurant. I would give zero stars id I could ! It’s one thing to behind on orders it another to lie about the status of it ! Do not recommend .

Absolutely awful service, I put in a catering order around 10am for my company, when they put me in for a 12pm delivery time for my order they were 2 hours late before notifying me that they DIDNT even start making the order. Then when I asked for my refund, they tried to backpedal and then hung up on me. When I called back, they said it was on the way. Keep in mind it is a quite literal 5 minute drive down the road. After 20 minutes they then proceeded to try to stall and prevent me from getting my refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this detestable, lying, unreliable establishment

Absolutely love their food. The service is good and usually very reliable and fast. Good speaking English and friendly service. However, the prices have gotten a little out of hand being almost $5 more then others of the same. This has made us start to order from other places due to the insane difference of price. However, this remains the #1 best place to get the sweet and sour chicken. The cause is thick and incredible.

Ordered a large steamed chicken and a large rice and the chicken container was not even filled up. I was able to put it in the pint container of rice they failed to mention i get when i order the chicken. I paid $18 bucks and got way less than i should have. Never going back here...

We got garlic wings, the sauce was over dinner garlic bitter and over cooked.... The ribs were all little and bones no meat.... The rice was hard... Everything tasted reheated...

I've only had take out from this restaurant. However, this is the freshest chinese food around. There are actual and identifiable chunks of Meat and vegetables in the Fried rice, lo Mein etc. The boneless spare ribs are perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place!

Wow.. I’ve never seen a Chinese restaurant sell chicken wings cut in half like wingettes instead of whole chicken wings and call the pieces “whole wings” if I had known I’d be getting 3 wings cut in halves sold as 6 wings I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. What a waste.Delivery man was also rude and didn’t know how to say thank you. Smh
