Everyone there is so incredibly friendly. The shakes are the best! If the menu seems overwhelming to you, their helpful staff will offer recommendations, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the selections.

Saw this place as I was sitting in the parking lot and thought I would give it a try.

I ordered a strawberry banana protein shake and an Arnold Palmer tea. I did not like either drink. The protein shake had a strange, powdery after-taste to it. The tea had entirely way too much sugar to the point I got an instant migraine as soon as I took a sip. I couldn’t continue any of the drinks to the point I left them by the trash outside the establishment.

I see there are all five star reviews for this establishment so I thought maybe it was just me. I happen to ask a few people locally if they’ve tried the drinks here and what they thought about it. The feedback I received was the shakes had a powdery after-taste and the tea had too much sugar; which is on par with my original assessment.

This one star review is not a slight on the business. The business owner Bob was professional when I asked about the shakes and tea. Unfortunately, it was not for me and I felt the need to post an honest review.

i love coming here! i always get an ocean city lit tea and a cake pop depending on the flavors they have that day! amazing variety in products, they have a flavor for everybody, customer service is amazing! erin, kenzie, and eva are so polite and hardworking, but everyone is super welcoming! never had a bad experience here! been a customer for 2 years!

Great place to get shakes, teas, nutrition facts and supplements. The owner Bob is very knowledgeable and helpful. Check out his business and the different items he has to offer!

I found this place on accident (was picking up some Thai food). GREAT selection and super healthy options. I got the mango tango with coconut sprinkled on top. I drank some greedily before taking the below pic…sorry! ☺️ Highly recommended!
