Insane service, I made a mistake and forgot to mention that I needed to change my drink to oat milk instead of whole milk. The lady that took my order came out and started yelling at me before I could finish my sentence. Insanely rude and uncalled for when I had already paid for it anyways! Definitely avoiding this dunkin customer service was crazy.

So the coffee order was wrong. When you ask for French vanilla swirl and they ask if you want extra in it... you say yes, and then they don't put any in at all! Mind you, it was a polite interaction, and the order was wrong. I love Dunkin, but I'd like my order correct.

This store is a disgrace to the franchise of Dunkin they completely forgot a sandwich I ordered and then the coffee was just down right horrendous they gave me a coffee with sour milk in it.I went back right before they closed and said they would not fix it. this is not the first time they have got my order wrong the employees are just lazy. Do not waist your money at this store.they could of made some one really sick by giving them soured milk

Went here today, usually it’s fine, but I ordered a small BLACK coffee, and received cream & sugar. They even asked me to repeat what I said and I said it very slowly so they could understand. My fiancé is lactose intolerant so he couldn’t even drink it! It’s like 3 bucks out of my pocket so whatever, but at least get my order right….

Ordered a Large Iced Americano with 2 cream, 6 butter pecan and an extra shot of espresso along with a bacon egg and cheese everything bagel…for $13.30 this is what I got a milky disgusting “macchiato” that had no flavor whatsoever and a rock hard corn muffin. I tried to call got no answer. I will be going back after work because the macchiato is in the trash and they’re getting their nasty muffin back. I want a credit.
