Ordered a Large Iced Americano with 2 cream, 6 butter pecan and an extra shot of espresso along with a bacon egg and cheese everything bagel…for $13.30 this is what I got a milky disgusting “macchiato” that had no flavor whatsoever and a rock hard corn muffin. I tried to call got no answer. I will be going back after work because the macchiato is in the trash and they’re getting their nasty muffin back. I want a credit.

Suddenly they stopped having Toasted Coconut donuts???
Absolute worst Dunkin. Horrible product and even worse service.The person taking my order didn’t understand my request for an extra shot of espresso. I explained three times and gave up. Then when I got my drink it was watered down milk. No espresso. No French vanilla swirl.When I said there’s no coffee in the drink the condescending manager told me it doesn’t come with coffee. She obviously doesn’t understand that espresso IS coffee and thought I meant drip.Then they took my cup out of sight and presented it back to me as if fixed. Nope. Never again.There are so many Dunkin’s in this area. Don’t bother with this one.

Go to Dunkin alot different ones staff is always friendly and nice they always get my order right if it's wrong they make it right never had a problem at none of the Dunkin I go to one Dunkin always had a problem but they changed it so I still go to all of them when I need a coffee or refresher or whatever I am looking for that day
