My family calls Piston Diner the Soup Diner. They have so many varieties of delicious soup. The rest of the menu is also delicious and the servings are huge. Highly recommend.
Food was served cold
We were here for a baby shower so we had a large party. Food was great tasting and all the food was hot too. Our waitress handled the party efficiently and was very nice. My aunt and I took some of their famous soup home too.
We stopped in to try Pistons diner, and it was totally worth it. We ate the Pokémon pancakes (kids meal), the sampler, the jack Daniel’s burger, and the French melt. Our meals came with soup, fries, AND coleslaw. You’ll definitely leave with a full tummy. Everything came out quick and hot.
The atmosphere was great, nice and quiet which is rare these days. The “rude guy at the front” the negative reviews talk about I believe can be considered misunderstandings, we had excellent service from the second we walked in until we walked out. We will certainly be coming back to try out the desserts.
Additionally, there is an ‘event space’, which had plenty of space for a decent party.
We love the Piston. The food is good, service is good and the prices are reasonable
I was just there tonight for dinner with my fiance. He had the chicken cutlet club sandwich and I had the chicken parm in a long Italian roll. Everything was delicious! I just wish that the older man the runs the register was a bit nicer. He tried to rush us out within 5 minutes of the bill being dropped on the table, and made the server Evelyn come and take my dinner away from me before I was done eating. I had almost a half a plate full of food still I was trying to eat. Tonight was the most unwelcomed I've ever felt here. I don't know if I'll be back to be honest!
Good food, generous portions, and great staff make The Piston Diner a great place for breakfast. I like my bacon crispy and that is exactly what I get! Yum!
Got a soup flight, less than 3 hours later sick as a dog.

I love this diner. The service is always very friendly and the food is better than most diner food in my opinion, but the thing that really sets them apart are the soups. I have been a couple times and they always seem to have 6-10 soups a day. If you like soups and can't decide which one to get, try a soup flight and get 3 different ones. It's always clean inside and the staff make you feel like family. The only downside is the parking lot can be a little tricky to navigate because it's small and a little tight. But don't let that scare you, go get some soup!
