We stopped in for dinner and drinks.. They Did Not Disappoint! The customer service was amazing! We had Emily and she was super sweet, she keep checking to make sure we were okay and just made everything even more awesome. Our food .... I wanted to go back the next day! It was absolutely delicious. The appetizers just were the roll of red carpet greatness! Everything tasted great and left you wanting more. Everything has the fire grilled taste, and we had leftovers! I loved the drink menu! They had seasonal drinks and a bunch of cool cocktail drinks to order, i tried a few and they were all really good! But there is something about their espresso martini.... lol give me another! The bartender was on point!! Didn't get his name but I hope he's making my drinks when I get back there!

Don’t be fooled by old pictures, it’s under new ownership and the dishes are not the same. Tried this place for the first and last time, $30 for a sorry imitation of a chicken piccata dish served with potatoes and a bit of broccoli, literally the worst disappointment of food in a long time. There wasn’t even a full chicken breast in my dish and yet the price is ridiculously inflated. No wonder they only had 2 tables at 5:00pm.

Prices are super inflated for what they serve
Food was pretty good, but portions were small for the price you are paying. Place was nice but very small and very loud. Hard to have a conversation. The servers were nice but kept apologizing every time they came to the table. Prices were a little high. Most likely, it won't be coming back.

Maybe I am more critical being in the restaurant industry for 40 years, but I’d prefer the opinion of somebody who is in the industry. I also own a restaurant. Unfortunately, I ordered take out from here one night, and ate in another (after my takeout experience was horrendous I wanted to give them a fair shot and try eating in). I should’ve known when I walked in, and I felt like I was standing next to the sun. It was so bright. . My personal feeling as you should not have the lights turned all the way up ever on a Saturday night in a restaurant.. it’s called ambience. I don’t wanna have to wear sunglasses to eat.. When I order takeout I was told it would take about 30 minutes. I arrived in 35., proceeded to wait another 30 for a total of one hour five minutes for my food. I was also not the only person waiting . There was a gentleman there waiting for DoorDash., I guess he was a Dasher. The woman working there was the most ignorant I have come across in over 40 years in restaurants. I heard the young man ask about how long he had another order in the car. Instead of checking or anything her only reply was, “ it’s not ready”. Ok, that’s what I was told.. also ignorantly. If I had known that would’ve been another 30 minutes, I would’ve canceled my order and gone elsewhere.. I don’t care how good the food is, which I personally did not enjoy it as I thought it was overcooked. If you want to work in customer service.. the keywords are customer and service. If you want to be rude, this is definitely the wrong industry. I had just gotten off of a 16 hour shift and just wanted to pick up my food and go home., the other gentleman was obviously out to make money for the night. She wasted both of our time.. I will give her this much credit, at least she didn’t say the infamous “ couple minutes”. But I think she thinks her time is more important than others.. Miss- your time is not more valuable than others. If you don’t want to work in the customer service industry, I suggest you don’t.. being rude is not the best way to please customers. I live less than 1 mile from the store and I would never step foot in it again.. this is twice now they have been rude. My experience dining in was just as bad.. I try my best never to insult anybody or harm any other establishment in anyway. So I will not go too much into the details of the things that I saw.. all I can say is this: cleanliness matters, kindness matters, time matters, I don’t care if Bobby Flay is working in your kitchen, when you make people feel uncomfortable sitting in your restaurant, they don’t wanna come back. I know I sure won’t.
Delicious food. I had the eggplant and roasted peppers sandwich with truffle fries. So good.

Yesterday was my first time eating at Speranza and it definitely will not be my last!! The food was incredible, the ambiance was so nice...and most importantly, we had the most lovely waitress. She was kind, attentive, and engaging. She truly made the dining experience so much better!

We ordered wood fired pizzas not what we expected. We expected the bubbly slightly burnt crust. We did not care for it. Also a Saturday at 1 PM and the only table. The restaurant itself is very nice. Would not go back tho.

Service was horrible! Waitress asked if we wanted bread. We said yes. Never got bread. When she brought our dinners she asked if we wanted cheese and we said yes. After waiting 5 minutes for her to return with the cheese I asked the neighboring table if I could borrow theirs since they had a shaker on their table. Waitress was taking an order near us and heard. She then came over and asked if I still wanted cheese. I told her no because I borrowed one because my food was getting cold. Dessert was a nightmare. She brought out hot tea and my dining companion’s dessert. No silverware. We asked for forks. Ten minutes later she had not returned with forks or my dessert so we asked the person clearing a nearby table for them. After drinking all our tea she shows up with my dessert - but it wasn’t what I ordered. She seemed surprised when I told her it was not correct. Finally got my dessert after waiting for another 10 minutes. She needs to be retrained. You don’t go take another table’s order and leave someone staring at food they can’t eat because they have no fork. Or leave them waiting for cheese. Go grab the cheese, go grab the fork!! Also disappointed in the portion size, changes to menu, lack of salad, and the bread situation considering the price increases. We have been dining here for years but we won’t be back!

Was looking for a nice place nearby for a weekday night date, and it fit the bill. The place is very nice, clean, and bright - it looks like it was recently renovated. Politics all on the TV's, but it was election night. The staff was very pleasant all around. Our waitress was very attentive, though a little sped up - but no real complaint there.
The food was good; appetizers, main course, and dessert - though the polenta left something to be desired. Ordered a few cocktails, and they were good - the old fashion was a little sweet and the ingredients weren't exactly what i had hope for in an OF. But it was all good.
I use the word “good” here intentionally. It was all good, but the price points are more deserving of great - and sadly this was not great. I love supporting local and will return at some point. But the price tag compared to what you're getting in return? That causes pause.
