Fantastic Korean fried chicken, there’s enough flavors for all tastes and moods. I’d say this place is an above average location for bb.q chicken. I got the hot n spicy flavor; beware, it was extremely spicy. But every piece was juicy and delicious. I wouldn’t be surprised if these stores become the most popular destinations for Korean fried chicken

Ordered the cheese sticks and the wings. Both were insanely salty. Tasted like someone dumped a bag of salt on the food. Don’t waste your money here.

Not my usual location to pick up bbq chicken, I usually goto Paramus location, but westwood location chicken was salty and too much sauce.

Great Korean Fried Chicken that puts the other KFC to shame. The Korean style sides look amazing in the photos, and the tteok-bokki (it's spelled with D's instead of T's like Ddeok-Bokki on their menu) is soft, chewy, and good levels of spice on the regular item.
Vegetarian options: Kimchi Fried Rice might be your best bet for a vegetarian option, but is likely the only one there.
Dietary restrictions: The menu is full of allergens. Some even have indications that they contain all the allergens on their warning sign.
Parking: There are two municipal parking lots and a whole host of street parking spots in the area. All paid, and all with an app to let you pay online.

The wings used to be really good and fresh. But my last order was disappointing. Wings tasted like they were fried a while ago, covered up with too much sauce that it was so salty. Please bring back the fresh quality you used to have when you first opened.

Restaurantji Recommends
My first experience about a month ago, dined in, and it was fresh, hot and delish. The counter dude, Nick, was efficient and friendly.I called in my takeout order, and by chance, “counter dude” Nick took my order. He remembered me when I asked for no plastic utensils! (A big focus of mine, which we discussed on my first visit.) Gotta say, Nick reps this company really well. I’ll be back!

Had the pleasure of stopping in this location for the first time this week with my family, we had no idea what to get and the manager Nick was super helpful! He asked a few questions regarding whether my kids eat spicy food or not and got recommendations based of that. Again he asked my wife and my self and gave us both individual suggestions which turned out fantastic. While we waited he offered some peanuts for the table which to my surprise where very good, my kids made a mess and he was very nice and told us not to worry about it that he'd take care of it.All in all great experience!

Food is great but I just cannot personally support the business anymore. There was a mix up with my order one day where they were not receiving the incoming orders so my order was not prepared. Since I could not wait and had to return to work, a staff member handed me a 30% off voucher but crossed the 30% out and wrote 50% along with his initials. Today they would only honor the 30%. I have no problem with the food or the staff but if someone is going to tell me to come back in with my 50% signed coupon and it would be no problem but then don’t honor that I cannot support the business. The difference was only $5 by the way, but if you’re going to tell me one thing, at least honor that or make sure it is official. The manager said he called the other staff member and he denies ever writing the coupon.
Called to place order and when I asked about flavors, I was told to look online......order placed and was told about 20min. I was still waiting at the 35min mark and went to pay using a Groupon+$ to save time. I was told that it's dine in only, although it doesn't state that on the voucher...... positive = bright and
