The wings used to be really good and fresh. But my last order was disappointing. Wings tasted like they were fried a while ago, covered up with too much sauce that it was so salty. Please bring back the fresh quality you used to have when you first opened.

My first experience about a month ago, dined in, and it was fresh, hot and delish. The counter dude, Nick, was efficient and friendly.I called in my takeout order, and by chance, “counter dude” Nick took my order.He remembered me when I asked for no plastic utensils! (A big focus of mine, which we discussed on my first visit.) Gotta say, Nick reps this company really well. I’ll be back!

Had the pleasure of stopping in this location for the first time this week with my family, we had no idea what to get and the manager Nick was super helpful! He asked a few questions regarding whether my kids eat spicy food or not and got recommendations based of that. Again he asked my wife and my self and gave us both individual suggestions which turned out fantastic. While we waited he offered some peanuts for the table which to my surprise where very good, my kids made a mess and he was very nice and told us not to worry about it that he'd take care of it.All in all great experience!

Food is great but I just cannot personally support the business anymore. There was a mix up with my order one day where they were not receiving the incoming orders so my order was not prepared. Since I could not wait and had to return to work, a staff member handed me a 30% off voucher but crossed the 30% out and wrote 50% along with his initials. Today they would only honor the 30%. I have no problem with the food or the staff but if someone is going to tell me to come back in with my 50% signed coupon and it would be no problem but then don’t honor that I cannot support the business. The difference was only $5 by the way, but if you’re going to tell me one thing, at least honor that or make sure it is official. The manager said he called the other staff member and he denies ever writing the coupon.

I have gotten food here 4 times, with 3 of those experiences being negative. Don't waste your time, this place will close its doors sooner rather than later.The last order I placed was placed through their website and confirmed to take 20-30 minutes. At 25 minutes I received a text saying my food should be ready, it was not. At 35 minutes I was told I was next up and they were busy (not one person came into the store the entire time i was there). At 40 minutes I said I had to leave and the cashier told me to cancel the order. The only option after the order was placed through the website was to call. Of course calling brings me to the cashier in front of me who now tells me he cant cancel the order. At 45 minutes as I am walking out the door, I get shouted at that my food was finally ready. While complaining that it took 45 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich (25minutes of which I waited in store) I was told this wasn't fast food. IDK about you but for one chicken sandwich and no other customers in store, he could have started the sandwich after I arrived into the store and it still shouldn't have taken this long.Forgot to mention that the cashier took a 5 minute personal phone call while I waited. Leaving me as the only one in the store front.

Nice take Korean bbq chicken, signature bowl is enough for two people and the wings stay crispy even when sauced.

Okay this is the second time we ordered from BB.q chicken and I have to say this place is the local bomb for wings and boneless wings. The chicken is breaded but not so much that you can t find the chicken- I hate that! The flavors are in point so if the menu says spicy ...it's spicy. The amount of food you get with each order is crazy because it's full pieces of chicken ( not a nugget size piece to be found). Now let's talk Kimchi rice! Oh my goodness, so good and definitely shareable in size. I've order from her twice and both time it's been consistently great. Only reason for not giving a five star is that it's not ready when you get there. It's a small inconvenience but I think it's mostly juggling the pickup orders, the walk in orders and the door dash type of pick up must be rough. Definitely try this place ... you will be happy you did.

But the absolute best part of the experience is the service. Nick is such a charismatic and wonderful employee. His kindness and charisma always makes you want to come back. A great guy - he definitely deserves a raise!
