Second time there. The food is absolutely delicious- some of the freshest sushi I have ever had. Their new lunch specials are so worth it. I had one regular roll and one special roll which also comes salad, miso soup and two pieces of their bulgogi arancini all for $25. Staff is lovely and atmosphere is charming.

As a local, you'd be an absolute fool to pass up this place. It's not the norm for a dining establishment for the area. The ambiance and decor are not just a distraction. The food is the star of the show.
Best tempura I've ever had. So crisp and perfectly cooked. The subtle addition of vinegar to the dipping sauce was chef's kiss. Miso cod was to die for. Even something as simple as the edamame was perfectly seasoned. And the miso soup tasted so clean and almost bright.
The 20 pc nigiri was spectacular. Almost every piece came topped with something that perfectly complemented the flavor, texture, and quality of the fish. Get a negitoro handroll while you're at it. And don't pass up the tamago.
For dessert, we had the crispiest yet fluffiest waffle that came with the perfect amount of chocolate and ice cream.
Overall experience, 10/10. Oh, and BYOB :)

One of the best Tempura we've had in a while, definitely the best in the area. The food was amazing from start to finish, the veggies in the house salad were fresh and flavourful, well balanced sushi and sashimi salad. The katsu curry sauce had a special twist, and the breading was crispy and very well seasoned. New favorite place in town, we will definitely be back. One minor remark is to serve the appetizers first, then the mains. The Katsu was served before one of the appetizers and sushi, and ended up getting cold.

Server did not check up between courses and when asked for something, forgot and required us to ask someone else. I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional sushi restaurant BON that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and they were particularly attentive to my children, ensuring they had a wonderful experience. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the bluefin tuna and hamachi, which offered a taste sensation that was simply unparalleled. Each piece melted in our mouths, showcasing the chef’s skill and the quality of the ingredients.
We also tried the botan ebi hand roll, which featured five pieces of the sweetest shrimp I've ever tasted. It was, without a doubt, the best roll I have ever had. For our main dish, we ordered the 20-piece sushi platter, which was perfect for sharing among my friends and family. The portion size was generous, and the freshness of the fish was top-notch, elevating our meal to another level.

Real sushi!!! I went there because I wanted to eat sushi, and the appetizers Scallop and Yuzu Yellowtail were so delicious and the raw fish was so fresh. Not to mention the sushi ?? Also, the atmosphere of the store is very nice and clean... I also had croffle for dessert, but it was sweet on the outside and I don't think I'll be able to eat sushi anywhere else anymore ? I want to live next to Bon.
