Superb---a favorite place of mine. Rare finesse in use of flavors.
So pretty and so delicious!!! Too bad I forgot to take a picture of my dad’s birthday cake.. I made an online order(it was easy!) of chocolate lava cake and it was one of the most delicious Choco lava I have ever had!! I have a picture of some other ones….
The dessert shop is simple and bright, with all the cakes neatly arranged. The Korean owner is very nice.
The cakes at this shop are all exquisitely made and delicious. The cream is smooth and creamy, with a rich texture and not overly sweet, and they are very fresh. Ciel Dessert's cakes are all beautifully made and not too sweet, meeting all the criteria for deliciousness.
Delicious! Got many gluten free treats (although not a gf kitchen).
We absolutely love Ciel! Their croissants are the flakiest, most buttery pastries you can imagine, with that perfect crisp exterior and tender, layered interior. And their tarts and other goodies are all light, fresh and flavorful. We’ve ordered birthday cakes from Ciel for friends and family countless times, and they’re always the star of the party. The couple that own this place are so friendly and on top of everything.
The chocolate tiramisu was delicious!
I orders 2 cakes for a party I hosted and an assortment of other smaller pastries. The owners were lovely and everything was beyond delicious! We will be back :)
Love love love their Passion Fruit Coconut Mousse Cake! I’m so glad to finally find desserts that aren’t overly sweet and have the right balance of flavors.
We were worried it would go bad in our car in the sun. They provided us ice packs! The desserts were DELICIOUS
Absolutely the cutest shop where the desserts are truly art. Got to meet the lovely baker and recommend stopping in! Super fair prices for goodies. Had the chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate tart… YUM

The desserts are very tasty and they look amazing. As we were leaving I learned that they have a sit down restaurant style area where you sit and order desserts. Very cool idea. On your date you go to two different places. One place for diner and the. Here for just dessert.
Friendly service. I had the fruit macaron and the blood orange tart which were both perfectly delicate and not too sweet. As a macaron lover, I really enjoyed the fruit macaron. The raspberries were fresh and gave a good pop of sweetness/tartness to the layer of fresh cream. As for the blood orange tart, the thin shell was a really nice surprise that complemented the filling. Unfortunately, I was traveling by bike and didn't realize that both items would never survive the trip home intact (my apologies to the chef). So I kind of just had to devour what was left of them on the road lol. I'd love to come back and sit down to try different desserts and their drinks next time!
The absolute best. You can honestly tell they only use the finest ingredients. We use Ciel for every holiday (and more) and we hope they’re in town forever.
Beautiful pastries. Absolutely delicious. It's a must experience.
