I went to cold stone today with only 20 mins left before I had to go to work. I needed to get a special cake made for my mom and this amazing person named Christina helped me order the perfect cake. Not only did she help with the flavors but the topping and size. I live 20 mins away but I will def be coming back just to have this amazing service Christina and cold stone have.

Honestly never showing back up to this one again. The server said he “didn’t want to argue” which no one was arguing about. We were tying to get clarity on why they were trying to charge us full price for 1/8th of a waffle cone they clearly didn’t have a could ent “substitute” with just giving us the broken pieces of a full cone.
The girl did not comprehend and the guy was giving attitude.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. 2 people behind the counter one a bit larger with curly hair and one Asian, both horrible people. Talking and gossiping about and mainly LAUGHING at customers in front of them with complete disregard for any social respect. Completely slacking and avoiding work, with no manager watching, which wouldn’t be minded but to talk about people right in front of them like they’re above everyone else in the room is completely unacceptable and made everyone so uncomfortable. Love coldstone but this location’s standard of hiring is just where I draw the line. Hope there will be improvements in the future but looking on past reviews it seems the norm for these two.

Icecream and other stuff is great, but prices are very unaffordable for an average working family. The smallest size of icecream comes out to be a little more than $7!!! Insane!

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. Had the rudest staff members stare at laugh at customers..very immature staff members came Saturday 10/05 around 8:30. Had a curly haired girl and an Asian guy act so disgusting to customers that I was appalled a long with uncomfortable customers noticing what the staff was doing. One of the most unnecessarily rudest and most disgusting experiences at any shop, especially for A nice town like Westwood. This place to be upfront just doesn't care and clearly shows with how their poor customer service is. I even approached them as to how uncomfortable they made me feel about their service and their accountability shows they shouldn't work for their age. Just go to Conrads or Bruster's to avoid the rude and uncomfortable behavior from the immature staff who can't even be accountable and for better ice cream.
It’s 15 September at 8:30 four kids are working. They act like they’re playing in front of lots of customers. They are not professional they are not worthed at busy time . I wait 30 min almost for a pickup!!!!!!

Workers are always unprofessional and more concerned about hanging out with each other than assisting customers. Every time we place an order online they pay no attention to it and have no idea what we’re talking about when we come in so it takes twice as long.
