Went to the local store because the app was overcharging me, and in the local store, I was told that they could not do anything, and they were trying to upsell me for the same product for a lot more money. problem was every time I added my topping onto my two one topping pizzas. It charged me two dollars more. Asked to speak to a supervisor to try to resolve the issue and was handed an email instead of someone personally taking charge of the problem. very poor customer satisfaction....read full review
Worst customer service I have EVER encountered !!!! Not to mention UNDERCOOKED pizza and bread ! Then to make the whole situation worse...NO RESPONSE FROM company OR manager !
Always forget something and have to wait 1/2 hour for the rest of the delivery to show up and by that point the foods cold 9 out 10 times...
