I've been to Harmony Tea Room many times and always leave full and happy. The sandwiches are all delicious and the scones are the perfect consistency. They give an ample amount of clotted cream, jam, and lemon curd for the scones. There is a wide range of options for tea. I've never had the soup or salad so can't comment on that.
We bring my son and they do a great kids spread that he loves.
A wonderful time! Everything was fresh & delicious! You can really lean in to the High Tea experience if you wish by dressing up...hats, gloves & all! So much fun. I can't wait to go again!
I just finished having my Mothers Day tea at Harmony Tea Room this afternoon, with my daughter. It was a beautiful experience, very relaxing, and the food and treats were delicious! The personal teapots with your choice of tea were amazing! Our server Victoria, was super friendly and so courteous. She remembered my daughter and I from when I had my older daughters bridal shower there, just 2 years ago. If you want a bit of tranquility and some tea, visit Harmony Tea Room. Its a wonderful experience!
I have never been to a tea house before. It was amazing the choose of tea đ” was insane who knew there were so many tea flavors. The food was all little figure sandwiches you don't think you'll leave full, but trust me you do. I highly recommend you experience at least once. Will definitely be going back!
What a fun experience!
Amazing selection of teas
Genuinely excellent food and a very nice atmosphere. The server was attentive and helpful.
Only issues: the scones were overly large in comparison to the other items, and ours were raw in the middle. In addition, the asian-style chicken salad was delicious, but didn't really fit thematically.
Harmony Tearoom was delightful !
Another great experience. They never disappoint. Our server Daniela was beyond amazing and accommodating to our needs. Sooooooo good ! Yum. Try the apricot oatmeal sconeâŠ.. youâll thank me later.
On Google it does not state kitchen closes at 3. Went there today around 3:30 pm - says restaurant closes at 5. They said only can serve us tea and scones because kitchen closes at 3.. We wanted soup and salads. We left very disappointed. Unfortunately it does not state it on Google. They need to update their Google - not everyone looks on their website.
Really cute tea room in Bergen county. Brightly colored with mismatched furniture and china makes it feel like youâre in a fairy tale. They offer three standard dining options, with a full page of different tea offerings. Each guest receives a full teapot in a cushion for the pot which helped keep it warm for our whole visit. There is an area to purchase items as gifts near the entrance. Located in a great area, and only street parking is available. Reservations are needed and it appears you can rent out the full tea room for a private event.
I recommend ordering the same option for everyone at the table. Some of us did not order soup or salad and sat for an hour before receiving our tower of sandwiches and sweets. We also asked for water when we ordered and it took close to 15 minutes to receive it without it being busy. Other than that, very nice experience.
Avoid this place!
The owner told me she âwould be more than happy to issue a full refundâ for the Santa Claus Tea. I paid $60 for each adult and$50 for the three year old child. We were given menus by a server and made our choices. The server came back and stated we were only allowed to pick the $25 option for adults and the $15 option for the child. So I asked to see the manager. The owner came out and said that is the only option. After I stated I paid $170 total and was allowed the total of $65 for our teas she stated that the $170 included tax and gratuity and Santa was going to come.
After discussion she offered the REFUND and we agreed to that.
She took my credit card and came back out to say she was unable to process the refund because she has to do that on the same day as the charge was put in. And to take it up with American Express.
Instead of going directly to the refute the charge, I left her a voicemail yesterday and asked her to please call me so we could settle the issue. She did not return my call.
I called today, stated why I was calling, and the person who answered told me to hold on. That person came back and said the owner was not available to speak to me. Nor was she comfortable giving me the name of the owner.
To the anonymous owner - you said you were happy to give me a refund. You just have to refund to my credit card like all businesses do.
Please do what you were happy to do and issue the refund.

I love the aesthetic of the place, the food was amazing and the servers were very nice
Very nice place friendly everything i had was very good ill go again
I have not been to Harmony since they first opened so it was a treat to come years later with my daughter. The atmosphere is very sweet, well decorated, and clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. The apple pumpkin soup was delicious. The Harmony salad was not well dressed but the components were good just needs a better dressing. I was disappointed because they do not have cream to go with the tea only milk. The oatmeal apricot scone was my favorite! All in all it was a nice tea time.

We drove about an hour to get here. So I was very disappointed with service we received. I was mid bite when our server came and grabbed my plate, without asking if i was done, mind you I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Don't rush pregnant people while they're are eating. I informed her I was still working on it and 3 mins later another server came and did the same thing and again I was still eating. It was maybe 4:10 pm and they close at 5pm, we got there at 3pm. We werent the last ones there, There were four other tables that was still eating as well. I'm not sure if they had somewhere to be but rushing paying customers especially while they are still eating is terrible. The food wasn't great anyway, they may need to update their sandwiches like remove the strawberry sandwich(yuck) and offer more soup and salad options. The tea was good though. I came here once before about 3 years ago and it was a good experience, I'm not sure what happened with the food and service. But I will never return to the Harmony Tea Room.
