This restaurant was truly amazing! We had been dying to go for a couple months now and so glad we finally did. The food was so rich with flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambience was nice and service was good. The owner and head chef came out and greeted everyone at the table which was a classy touch. We will surely be back!

Coming with a great a expectation, walk out with a mediocre experience. My family with an excellent taste of good French food cuisine. For 1st course, we have escargot which is too salty & room temperature, Pate are chill, pork belly is just okay. For main course skirt steak is over cook & hard, duck confit is salty & rubbery, seafood pasta is fairly acceptable. Big disappointment .

We had dinner at Technique last night and it was amazing! I highly recommend the pork belly appetizer and duck entree.

Very good restaurant. Have been twice. Both times our meal and the whole experience were excellent. You can sit at a counter spot and watch the cooking. As my wife says dinner and a show. The duck is fantastic. The skirt steak very good-though some parts a little stringy. The frissee salad is tasty though heating the lardons would add some additional flavor. The Chef comes out of the kitchen to say hello. Overall an excellent choice for a special meal out.

This was a Pleasant surprise, the duck was very good! Flavor was very interesting. The beet salad was my favorite and the bread was great! The owner Russ checked in on our experience And was very interested in our opinions! All in all I would recommend and come back again soon. I would love to see them add a Veal Shank to the menu. Coffee was very good

I meet friends in this lovely spot often! This is my favorite restaurant to dine. I visit this place regularly. The cooking is of high quality, the staff members are helpful and the prices are decent. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a nice lunch.

The lamb shank and boeuf bourguignon were very good and the Apple tart for dessert was also very good. The table service was fine. The staff did not know one of the ingredients we asked about but were quick to check and report back. However, we were very disappointed to have our coffees interrupted first by our server and then by the host, both informing us that the 8 o'clock party had arrived and was waiting for our table. This was shocking considering we had arrived promptly for our 6:30 reservation and were never informed that we had a strict 1 1/2 hours to eat and not a minute more. The restaurant was not full and the party could have been accommodated at the table next to ours. We left at 8 PM and do not plan to return.

Had a wonderful dinner at Technique for my husband's birthday. Didn't know anything about this restaurant. Fell across it on Yelp. It received very good reviews and I was very inquisitive and needed to see what exactly this restaurant that's only open Saturday nights is all about. I made my reservation about 5 weeks in advance but there were some open tables- this was during the summer when everyone is out of town. We were asked when we arrived if we wanted to sit in the dining room or the room that has the open kitchen. My husband opted for the kitchen room and we sat right in front of the chef and owner while he and his sous chef cooked. It was all very interesting to see everything involved in making a well cooked meal at a restaurant. Our food was amazing. We loved it all. I liked that the chef/owner came around to speak to his dinner guests. He's a very nice gentleman with an interesting past of working on Wall Street and trading it all in for his passion- becoming a chef and a great chef at that!Menu is small and I like that a lot. About 7 appetizers and 7 entree choices and the dessert. It was still hard to make a decision. Everything sounded so good. Wonderful French press coffee to end the night. I would definitely recommend Technique.
