We have been going to different melting pot restaurant for over 20 years. We have celebrated Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries of them. When I saw this one with closing, as it is, the closest one to us, I decided to take my daughter for one last birthday celebration for her. I booked the reservation and marked on it. It was her birthday. It was nice to walk in and see her birthday on the display board. We ordered the four course meal. While eating a table came in next to us, and order just chocolate to celebrate their daughters birthday. As I guess it was noted on the reservation, the server brought out a piece of cheesecake and a happy birthday plate. I was a little disappointed, as obviously a birthday celebration with Mentioned, when booking my reservation, that one dessert came out the same as not done for my daughter. I did not bother to say anything as it was past the point of that morning. Not to mention the service was not that good every waited many times for a drink, or the other items we need it. It was such a shame, that our last experience at this restaurant, which he spent many events, and I like that, with a bit of a letdown. 
During my meal, I discovered an unexpected item in my chocolate fondue, that looked like a worm like item which the waiter claimed to be a very long banana skin. Naturally, this was quite unsettling and concerning. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, instead of offering a resolution that aligns with basic food safety standards, I was informed that the chef had consumed the item and was only offered additional dippers as compensation. As a loyal customer, I was taken aback by this response. Not only was it unsatisfactory in addressing the issue, but it also failed to provide a sense of reassurance regarding the overall quality and hygiene standards upheld by your establishment. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of this incident so that appropriate measures can be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter further and provide me with a follow-up on the steps being taken to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary actions to uphold the reputation and standards of The Melting Pot.
Sad that this location is closing. We chose cheese and chocolate for our meal. The fondue did not disappoint. I know there was a program for good grades but the server was unaware. And a pet peeve....the use of 'no problem' instead of 'your welcome'. It's a generational thing.

We are so sorry that this location of the Melting Pot will be closing. We really have always enjoyed our meals there. We would drive all the way from Morristown. Max was our server for a couple of our dinners. He was always professional. He was friendly and attentive. We will miss our Fondue meals!

Muy husband and I had a great time. We made a reservation because we heard the restaurant was closing and there aren't places like this around. Coming here is an experience. Our server was excellent. We might have try and get in 1 more time before they close.

Meghan was a wonderful server. She went above and beyond for both my husband and my son. I would definitely recommend!
Experience was great! They accommodated our 2 pot table request! They acknowledged we were there celebrating our twin boys' straight A's! The waiter, Max, was responsive to our requests for extra pretzel bread and there the extra dessert dippers the boys like too! Max was available and responsive!

They have a vegan menu that absolutely did not disappoint, and their cocktails were delicious and unique.However, although the staff were friendly and attentive, we did feel a little rushed out towards the end of our meal. We were there after their posted hours, but I feel like the host should have told me my reservation was too close to closing time when I booked it. As a fondue place, we didn't have the chance to just eat faster or pack our food and leave so the restaurant could shut down on time.Also be aware, we notified our servers of a food allergy and they brought it in our selection anyway.

We arrived at 6:57 for our 7:00 reservation. The restaurant was pretty quiet. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our table, which I found odd because of how empty it was. However the food and service was great.
First time experience, we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a unique dining experience for a birthday celebration for my husband. PS. Thank you for the sexiest booth! We approved!!!We'll be back in the future.

My daughter was home from college and it is her favorite place, so we went even though there was no occasion and it was a weeknight. The food was really good, as usual. There were a couple of interesting issues. We arrived 5 minutes early and they asked us to wait to be seated until our reservation time, even though the restaurant was not busy. They brought us our salad at the same time as the cheese, which was weird and has never happened before. My daughter ordered mushroom ravioli but got cheese. We had to flag someone down to ask for more water. They seem to be cutting back on what is included for dipping, especially with the cheese and chocolate course. There was still more than enough food, and you can always ask for more dippers, so it did not make us decide we wouldn't return. We were all stuffed. We will definitely be back.
I go there with my family at least once or twice a month because it offers so much for even the most discerning palate. The waitstaff is excellent and we always have memorable times.
