I'm new to the area and have driven by a number of times so this morning I decided to stop in. I didn't realize it was Ecuadorian until I got to the door. No worries... it's a really cool place! It was quiet at the time. Nice inside. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant. I was curious about the name... it's the country code for Ecuador for international calling. Clever!
I was at Code 593 Café for breakfast, the decoration of this place was really nice. Our order was Coffee with bolon mixto. The coffee, food and ajà was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent.
Wow $1.50 for a fresh chicken empanada? $2 Corviche? Can't beat those prices. Cute and clean space, fresh homemade Ecuadorian food, and super friendly staff. We were just driving through and super glad we stopped. This place is great.
