Everything is beautiful at the Wharton Costco!!!!

This was my first time ever in a Costco. It seems like a great store that you could spend hours in (and i did!) My experience was tainted by the super rude cashier Karen. Instead of a greeting hello, she snapped my head off because I didn't know where the item separators were, stared at me when the order was over because I didn't know where I was to find the total and she wouldn't tell me and rolled her eyes at me before I left. I get working here can be stressful and what seems common to the workers because they do it daily may seem d*** that a customer doesn't get it. But everyone has a first time at Costco and won't realize everything on the first visit. There's no need to be so rude and dismissive. I will not be back here next time. So rude!

This store has by far the nastiest, rudest staff I've ever had experience with. They're condescending, they NEVER answer the phone, just all around miserable, disrespectful people. Save your time and energy and visit one of the other numerous Costco locations in the area, or better - cancel your membership and sign up for BJ's or Sam's Club where the staff is actually competent.

Out of all the Costco's I have been to. This location has hands down the rudest staff. They really go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable and out of place.

I bought a dishwasher from Costco. When they delivered it they didn't install it as they had said they would. Installer never came! Dishwasher doesn't wash well and the front is rusting a year later. Costco , after sending me in circles for hours, does nothing! They referred me to Samsung, who also gave me a huge runaround and months of pursuing them is finally coming out to look at it. I should have bought local!!!!!!

Costco has senior hours to protect oldtimers. They also let in frontliners during this time. But when there are too many of these frontliners, it becomes very risky for oldtimers no?

I like this costco as the store is definitely not crowded, no lines to het in, conveniently located off route 80 and best of all you can get costco gas for $1.90 regular. What else can i ask for? We visited the store on 6/18 at about 530pm, the meat section had a lot of empty shelves, they had more chicken and turkey products and limited pork products. Although, this store had more home goods like furniture and bedding than most other stores. Bathroom were well kept and the store all around had a good amount space so as to distance customers from each other.

There's no honoring of social distance than you at the local Costco they were people that I had to tell to stay away from me aloud 3 times and there were multiple times other people were literally 6" away from me. There is nobody around to and forced to social Distancing

Mount Laurel, NJ. Well I went Thursday morning 8am, special hours for seniors. While is did not seem so bad a first with social distancing until I went around tight, jammed pack corners, starting with the produce isle. It was a totally nightmare, people on top of one another, no regard for one's proximity. The thing that exacerbated the situation was skids of products at the end of the isles. Management should realize that in these times the isles should be clear to necessitates and not create a traffic jam of people.

Everything about Costco is top notch...from stock people who have searched for an item when I can't find it myself...very helpful Pharmacy help...Tire Center ...Eye Center and just recently, Hearing Aid Center....truly a great company!

Costco is my favorite grocery store for milk, cheese, snacks and meat. They also have wonderful clothing options, gift cards, books, and household items like blenders, TVs, computers, Tupperware, and furniture. I've always found that products from Costco are of great quality and their generic Kirkland brand is never inferior to brand name items. This Costco has a gas station but I am not sure if it has a liquor store. I came amidst the COVID-19 pandemic to get milk and Costco's taking great measures to ensure that folks are getting their supplies and staying hygienic. They had a designated woman outside wiping down the handle bars on carts with Lysol wipes. They limited milk to one gallon per customer. They reduced their foodcourt menu to just hot dogs and had a designated person squirt the condiments on for you. However, they no longer have onions for the hot dogs. Instead, they offer sauerkraut. There is also no more chicken left other than rotisserie chicken (which they are still making fresh each day). There's plenty of parking. I didn't see indoor seating areas by the food court but perhaps I missed it.

I was there this morning and it was a mad house, the lines were down to the meat area but Costco’s employees are so wonderful and efficient, I stood in line for only 8 minutes. Thank you to management, cashiers, stock people, loafers, etc.

What happened to the multigrain bread at Costco - don't these people know that wholegrain is better than white bread. This is not the first item that they have discontinued, Poor marketing - may need to go elsewhere to get what I need
