Angel and Daniel are AMAZING they went above and beyond the service was impeccable they not only deserve a raise but a promotion they customer service and interaction was unmatched I got to millions of Dunkin and I finally got a favorite home ship store :) thank you angel ty Daniel

There's a person who treats customers very poorly. I've been there three times this morning, and I'm served by a super arrogant and contemptuous man. He often doesn't give me what I've asked for, and he does everything with very bad intentions. It makes me sad because Dunkin' used to be one of my favorite places, but because of these kinds of problems, it's no longer the case. Please hire a friendly and cheerful staff.

Polite people

The counter was being run by only one woman when I stopped in a couple of weekends ago. I understand it’s a Saturday morning. I felt bad for the pretty, thin woman with glasses behind the counter. She was doing it all by herself, no other employees around? I wanted lotto ticket; another reason why I stopped. Prob won’t be back since service was that SLOW on top of sink hole traffic.

It is a combination gas station, convenient store & Dunkin Donuts. It was clean, employees were polite, efficient, and friendly. Prices were decent, compared to others. Clean bathroom.

I asked for toasted bread in my order, but they understood that I had to burn it.

Ordered an item after I handed over the cash I was told they didn't have it and couldn't be refunded.

Placed a mobile order on my way to work, get to the Dunkin 10 minutes after placing, not on the rack, I see my order and like 3 other peoples orders sitting BEHIND the mobile order rack, the guy making the food couldn’t be bothered to put it on the rack… it took another employee coming over to put everyone’s mobile order on the shelf for 4 people to get there order and stop crowding the store.
