The atmosphere was very hot unbearable. The employee was nice and respectful, however, Was the only employee present during a rush. The wait time was miserable between both aspects. Although my choice to stay, I feel bad for that employee who had a deal with the chaos in the heat.

Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Behavior
I’ve never felt so disrespected at any coffee shop in my life. During my visit to this Dunkin’ location, I encountered an employee whose attitude was beyond rude—blatantly dismissive, confrontational, and shockingly unprofessional. I was treated with an appalling lack of basic courtesy and decency, for absolutely no reason.
This is not just about poor customer service—it felt personal, hostile, and completely unprovoked. The way I was spoken to left me stunned. If this is the standard Dunkin’ holds for its staff, it’s deeply troubling.
I strongly urge Dunkin’ management to investigate this location. No customer should be subjected to such treatment. Until serious changes are made, I will never return—and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid this store at all costs. This place is a disgrace to the Dunkin’ name.

Terrible customer service. Had an issue where I was overcharged. Issue is still not resolved 10 days later. I will never visit this location again. They seem to not care about their customers and are hurting the Dunkin brand by not helping customers resolve issues.

Ordered an iced coffee with everything listed below and this is what I got. I did an online order at 10:27 and still at 10:40 my order still wasn’t ready and when he finally started doing my order he tells me there is no whip cream ! Why did I wait this long for my order not to be done how I ordered it and still had to wait for the order to be completed even though there was no line inside and I ordered online. Ridiculous!
