I love going there for breakfast! A bolon and coffee and you are set till dinner. Im 170lbs very active and this filled me up in a way nothing else can. Food is not heavily salted or greasy.
Good bollo, good bolon. The coffee was very good and traditional. The space was very clean and the lady was very nice. I would have rated 5, but The encebollado needs work it is a 3 out of 5. I recommend trying to find other recipes for it. Other than that it was a good experience.
Holy smokes so far, the best Enceballdo soup I have had in NJ/NY area. Tostones were also a hit. If you read my reviews, you know I'm a well traveled Individual born in JC NJ. Married to a bodiqua from Brooklyn. So I know latin food very well. NEGATIVE ...The only thing I don't like is adding the tip on the total bill. This is a mom and pop shop. With the Daughter doing the service. Entire check goes to family so even if loser customer doesnt leave tip server still...
