The food was subpar and the truth is, there weren't as many options as I expected. Yes, they have the crab legs and sushi, and that's great... but have feeling that the chicken wings weren't even fully cooked, we opted to leave those other things alone. The ice cream offered were tubs that the patrons themselves were taking from. Wasn't enticing at all. The assortment of desert wasn't the best either. One of my biggest issues was not being able to get a bottle of water, due to multiple attempts of communication; I'm totally aware that language could be a barrier but, "Water" shouldn't be that hard of a task to figure out... and I say that in the most respectful way possible. After all that being said, I feel like the place was very overpriced.

Overpriced and overcooked. Didn't trust the safety of the food. Never again.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. They didn't have many customers when we arrived around Noon, but started filling up as we were finishing.

This buffet is a very good value. The food was tasty and hot. Drinks are included in the bill, which is paid before you're seated. Our table and the buffet itself were very clean.

I took a video of the steam coming off the buffet to address other reviews claiming food was served cold. All of our food was piping hot.

We enjoyed our lunch and we will be back.

First time coming. There were a few good choice items and the place was clean. Some of the food was cold. Service was good. Overall, compared to other buffets I've been to, the selection was limited. I was polite with the rating as my family gave it 2 of 5 stars.

I've only been to Fortune Buffet in Wharton, NJ, twice so far, but it's quickly becoming one of my favorite spots! The staff here are super friendly, which makes the experience even better. There's a huge selection of food, including a fresh hibachi station where they'll cook up what you choose right in front of you. Everything I've tried has been tasty, and surprisingly, their pizza is some of the best I've had at any buffet. Plus, the dessert options are great and seriously delicious. Safe to say, this place is going on my list of regulars!
