Nice casual place to eat and have a drink. There was a very respectable amount of craft beers, Seltzer's, and mixed drinks. I had raspberry craft seltzer which was good. The prices for the drinks were typical of craft or specialty drinks. The service was a bit slow but we went at 4 pm and it seemed they were getting ready for the dinner crowd. We had the Texas dip and the Angus burger. Both items came with chips, literally potato chips which were delicious. The Texas dip was tender sliced beef with a spicy BBQ sauce and cheese. It was well balances and very tasty. The burger was very typical and good but not remarkable. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere and the food was good. We would go back again.

This place was delicious. We were greeted at the door and taken to our seats. The greeter asked if we had been there before and we told her know which was communicated to our server (Erica I think? She was awesome). We put in our order (this was around 9 PM and kinda empty) and recieved it in under 10 minutes. Probably not the norm when it's busy but still impressive. One of the cooks came out and talked to us (Nate I think?) and just like everyone else, asked how everything was and engaged in great conversation. This gave it that personal old style feel that I didn't really notice was rare anymore until this encounter. Pulled pork sandwich was great. The brisket was awesome but would not recommend eating in a sandwich. They also had a great Neshaminy Creek Oktoberfest beer which is seasonal but I'd highly recommend. Death By Coconut was also pretty good if you like strong porters. I will definitely drop in after my future Water Gap travels. Great find, great food, and great people!

We recently worked with Anthony and the staff at Hot Rods to cater a Couple's Wedding Shower at our home. Since the event was scheduled very quickly, we were a little nervous about putting it together. From the first contact with Anthony, our stress level was reduced. We visited Hot Rods for dinner and a sampling with Chris, the manager. Both Chris and our servers could not have been more helpful! Stress level down even more. On the day of the shower, Anthony arrived, set up and served a delicious barbecue for our guests, handling everything. Stress free and relaxing for us! It was wonderful from start to finish! Everyone had a wonderful time and raved about the food! Thank you, Anthony, for all of your help, for putting us at ease and for the great menu! We would highly recommend Anthony and Hot Rods both for dinner and catering!

Although I've been here many times for dinner and/or Happy Hour, this was my first LUNCH experience. we were two people, sat at the bar and were extremely pleased. We both had the Pulled Pork Sandwich. The speed of service was amazing. For all those with a short lunch hour, this is ideal! Thank you!

Was very pleasantly surprised as we kind of thought this place was going to be more of a pub grub kinda place. Food was great, they know what they are doing with their BBQ. Smoked wings were delicious and even my blue cheese side salad was incredible. Seriously great tap list with over 20 taps. Seriously, come here, don't hesitate for a minute!

Cool place! Food was good. It's in an old silk mill. All the brick is still visible. They have a lot of beers on tap. There's a small outdoor area.

I appreciate medium-rare but raw burger is a bit over the top. Great location, great beer selection, other food was all well prepared quality stuff. We'll be back. Hopefully someone will figure out the grill.

food is always amazing, even for the one person in our party who is not a huge meat fan. we had a small issue with a steak that was cooked less than requested, but was quickly rectified. our server tonight was new but still provided excellent service. will definitely be back.
