Stop by for a bagel with butter. I don't think I got butter. See Pic. Don't think cutting prices on butter is a good way to treat your customers.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am baffled by the unprofessionalism at this bagel shop. I walk in with black jean shorts and a red hoodie (with the hood on), stand there waiting for someone to take my order. It’s been years since the last time I have been to this location so I was unaware of the change of the order station (to the middle register). A lady in a black t-shirt taps another lady in orange to tell her I was standing there. The lady in orange turns around and gasps and starts laughing. She says something in Spanish to the lady in black and she starts laughing while also pointing at me. Then the lady in orange tells me to order at the other counter. Am I a spectacle? Am I a ghost? Am I so invisible to you that you can’t see me standing here watching you laugh and point at me? To point and laugh at a customer was beyond rude, disrespectful and unbecoming of a chain bagel shop. To the ladies working that were laughing at me, this is not middle school so you should learn to act more professional in your work environment before you cause more trouble for other customers which will impact this business. As a cherry on top, to be charged over $10 for a plain bagel with egg and ham and a hash brown is way too expensive, especially for only one slice of ham! And $0.65 for butter? Ridiculous. This shop has made me feel unwelcome and I will not be returning. I will make sure to tell my friends and family to not visit such a rude and disrespectful place.

I came in to this place at 14:11 pm to buy a sandwich but they didnt take the order because the cashier told me that the grill was closed because they were cleaning it. 👎👎👎

I’m not sure what the $7.79 fee was for because they charged an extra $.99 for a roll and an extra $1.00 for the Swiss cheese. The worst part was that this place never puts enough bacon on the sandwich so I paid $2.00 more for extra bacon and it was the same amount as always. $11.78 for a puny breakfast sandwich. So disappointed but I should have known I would’ve been based on past experiences.

Edit: the company replies with nearly the same response to all the low reviews to apparently appease the customer but they obviously aren’t actually doing anything to make changes for the better.

Stopped for a quick coffee and was pretty pumped because some of the iced coffee advertised on the facade of the location looked really good, get inside and there is a woman in front of me waiting for service while workers behind the counter seemed to be more invested in sweeping the floor rather than helping customers trying to order. Walked over to dunkin' donuts and got the quick coffee i was looking for. Won't be back

Had two bagels door dashed and possibly the worst bagel i’ve had around the area. Soggy and chewy and the tomato on it was 90% white and crunchy. coffee was 99% sugar. have door dashed many places better than here

First off I ordered this disgusting food with Uber eats and their patel based customer service is useless so now the business can be affected by it directly. Don't blame Uber eats for being a horrible company that outsource most of their jobs to India. No one in the usa should use companies that outsource like this. Anyway, fruit cup had all the cheapest fruits possible, no pineapple, and someone who smoked cigarettes literally had their hands in my cup because it smelled terrible. Also stop using fake pictures. None of your food even remotely resembled your pictures. Your Cesar wrap should be renamed the Sahara. There is no cheese no dressing no flavor. But if you want the experience if the worst dry mouth you've ever experienced, then you have a winner. I'd expect you to care about these reviews and do something about it but you won't. Manhattan bagel probably has a customer service in India like their beloved partner Uber eats.

Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter Togo. Not sure why my "toasted" bagel was both soft and bendable. Also $1.59 extra for a little spread of butter is crazy! And by little I mean LITTLE spread of butter. Pitiful excuse for bagels! First and last time going to a Manhattan bagel!

Not usually a hater but I went for breakfast this morning and asked for 2 Taylor ham egg and cheese on French toast bagels and got what seems to be to French toast rolls and with barely any meat or egg and I paid 18$ I’ve eaten here beforehand and know thats not there French toast bagels but I was exhausted and didn’t have the energy to go back and get it fixed but this place used to be so good the last few times I have been have been very disappointing.

Outstanding bagel shop! Mary and the girls are so sweet, and the food is delicious! Large selection with plenty of variety. Great for breakfast or lunch meetings/gatherings. Large dine-in space and bright! Doggie bagel treats are a must 😋
