First off I ordered this disgusting food with Uber eats and their patel based customer service is useless so now the business can be affected by it directly. Don't blame Uber eats for being a horrible company that outsource most of their jobs to India. No one in the usa should use companies that outsource like this. Anyway, fruit cup had all the cheapest fruits possible, no pineapple, and someone who smoked cigarettes literally had their hands in my cup because it smelled terrible. Also stop using fake pictures. None of your food even remotely resembled your pictures. Your Cesar wrap should be renamed the Sahara. There is no cheese no dressing no flavor. But if you want the experience if the worst dry mouth you've ever experienced, then you have a winner. I'd expect you to care about these reviews and do something about it but you won't. Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter Togo. Not sure why my "toasted" bagel was both soft and bendable. Also $1.59 extra for a little spread of butter is crazy! And by little I mean LITTLE spread of butter. Pitiful excuse for bagels! First and last time going to a Manhattan bagel!

Not usually a hater but I went for breakfast this morning and asked for 2 Taylor ham egg and cheese on French toast bagels and got what seems to be to French toast rolls and with barely any meat or egg and I paid 18$ I’ve eaten here beforehand and know thats not there French toast bagels but I was exhausted and didn’t have the energy to go back and get it fixed but this place used to be so good the last few times I have been have been very disappointing.

Stopped for breakfast to go. It was $17 for two breakfast sandwiches. Both sandwiches tasted like nothing. The ketchup was so watered down. One sandwich had a mini sausage patty that barely covered half of the bagel. The other was BEC, literally one piece of undercooked bacon on the entire sandwich. There was also hair in the bagel. While we waited for the food to be prepared; we noticed the place is falling apart. Water stains all over the ceiling tiles, the drink cooler is visibly leaking Freon (you can also smell it), the other cooler had puddles leaking from the bottom.
I’m reviewing to save someone else $18 on a terrible breakfast.
Wheelchair accessibility: All grounds are level; someone would need to hold the door for the wheelchair person.

Ordering was confusing, one person is switch back and forth between registers so I have no idea where to wait. Place has a weird chemical smell and all the tables where dirty even though store was empty and they had at least 4 employees. Didn’t give me a receipt, I ordered an avocado egg white on an egg bagel, was just avocado on an egg bagel. When I went to go correct, I’m assuming the manager (based on her black shirt compared to everyone else’s grey shirts) tries to tell me I didn’t order the sandwich, except I saw she rung it right on the computer, just didn’t want to remake it. Poor handling of the situation from someone who is suppose to be in charge of their shift.
