I love this place but one thing they need to focus on fast is if you wouldn’t serve this to yourself or love ones don’t serve it to a customer who is paying money !!!! Check each food before selling it. This is not okay. This has happened twice so far. This bagel was so burnt to the point where I can smell it, the burnt is transferred on and into the cream cheese and causing it to taste sour and tart. Very bitter! My problem is that when you took the bagel out of the toaster...
5 star service prompts me to write this review. Gentleman behind the counter was very polite and asked if I wanted SPK on the sandwich which ive forgotten to mention the last few places ive gone and that always bums me out. Food came out expeditiously. Thanks
Excellent food and the service is even better. They recently went through remodeling the dining area which looks great. Try the egg n cheese pastrami on an everything bagel, it's excellent.
