Visited this morning. Employee was standing on the counter with their dirty shoes on. Right next to customer orders. When I confronted the employee about it, she shrugged it off and said, “Our headsets went down, this is the only way to fix it. We gotta do what we gotta do.” Maybe you should get a ladder instead of standing on the counter with dirty shoes near people’s food and drink. I will not be returning.

I'm a little disappointed I had to pick up in the drive-thru My friends order they ordered four ice drinks and one honey citrus mint tea honey citrus tea was cold but the ice drinks didn't have any ice on them

FOOD POISONING
If I could give 0 stars I would.
They charged me over 5 dollars for a grande then had the nerve to put expired milk that was visibly curdled milk in it. Then when asked to fix it they put in more expired milk. Sorry if putting a table spoon of milk in an ice coffee is too complicated first thing in the morning.

It must be Starbucks policy to make sure that their coffee leaks out of the container, onto your hands and clothes. If it happened a few times, I wouldn't bother. However, it's ridiculous that a coffee shop can't perfect this. I don't even blame the employees because the kid seems to be on correctly. Please keep the coffee in the cup. Thanks.

Been here few time and today there was a miss understood about a new tea i thought it was iced tea but it was hot tea, the staff was amazing they replaced it with something similar iced version i was very impressed

Everyone here is great except for one girl, who without fail messes up my drink every time, is rude, and doesn’t fix the drink when it is messed up, which again, is nearly every time. She isn’t friendly and makes me apprehensive about getting a drink I’ve gotten every day for years.
