Hands down the best Italian restaurant in New Jersey, best food, best service, best ambiance. Had two specials, a string bean with cherry tomatoes salad, and a chicken stuffed with cortina cheese, both superb. Double espresso hot and strong. My three guests and I shared two bottles of an Amarone, excellent. Not cheap but you most certainly get what you pay for. This visit did not use the bar, but it is gorgeous with a back lit onyx counter, great place before or after the meal.

Gorgeous dining room, delicious food, friendly service, and the chef comes out to greet the tables and carry a conversation with the guests. How lovely! We had such a wonderful time celebrating our friend's birthday. Thank you all! And we will be back 😊

We went to il capriccio for my birthday dinner. Everything was perfect...the food, the service and the piano music. I could not have asked for a nicer evening at my favorite restaurant.

Initial service was great until a party of 8 men was seated and the wait staff directed all of their attention to this table. Had to wait 30 minutes to get someone's attention to get our bill. Food was great but the lack of attention spoiled the experience.
