Came with my cousin with her son and his friends from ages 5-11. We were told the kids couldn’t be loud cause their phones were about to ring and they needed to take orders, yet we were paying customers. I know kids can’t be loud cause they are kids. Constantly looking at us and telling the kids they need to be quiet is unacceptable customer service. Update - changing my original review to 4* while I'm not a fan of the red Mozzarella sauce, a white pie with broccoli was pretty good.
There was a different set of staff and even the young lady at the register was very polite and accommodating. Hope they keep that kind of staff in the future
