Not only did they forget our sides and sauces, but they're phone is not ringing during business hours. Beyond pathetic especially when they demand such a price. Definitely need sauce for their dry pulled pork. Definitely won't order again and will be advising friends and family against this place 👍

Stopped in with my 11 year old because she raves about the Mac & Cheese and wanted me to try it! Well, it was amazing! I had a pulled pork sandwich as well that was also outstanding. Prices are very reasonable as well, great value for the money!!

Do not order on doordash they will get your order wrong every time multiple sides were not delivered three sides will replace with one side of fries that I did not order brisket is cut roughly and very chewy ribs were okay if anything country fried steak probably bought a Walmart pulled pork was amazing though portion sizes when you order from an app are ridiculously small I spent $90 and got maybe $30 worth of food

Came in tonight for some dinner and it was great. Great customer service from Rich and Kevin. Answered any questions we had. Put a smile on our kids face. Will definitely be back again.

The people who own it and work there are very nice, but sad to say this is nothing but a sub par chain. My girlfriend had bought some kind of deal online that they told us they no longer participate in. Good to me looks like nothing is made there. Saw many bagged food items and the BBQ itself looked like it was from the plastic tub at Shop Rite. So many good places around. This like other chain’s like Famous Dave’s has run its course.

1st time at a dickeys BBQ. Brisket was awesome, the green beans were likely the best I've had other than my mom's (it's all about the bacon) I wanted to try the pulled pork, but ran out of room, so I ordered 1 to go. I hope you guys open some up in central jersey. This was on par with mission bbq.
Parking: The parking lot is wide open
Wheelchair accessibility: I can see the ramp right in front of the liquor store next to the restaurant, mostly flat entry into restaurant (small bump on door jamb) entire restaurant flat and chairs movable so can access tables easy. May require assistance with the self serve BBQ sauce though.

Unfortunate to say, but this is the worst Dickey's I've been to. Service is always hit or miss. Portions are the smallest I've ever seen at a Dickey's and it feels like they always run out of items on the menu. Multiple visits to this store and everytime, they're unable to fulfill the whole order. Prices are high and portions are small are already a bad sign.
Most recently they forgot a whole sandwich in a meal (the main part of a person's dinner). It wouldn't be such a big deal if they were able to rectify this by refunding the food but they aren't. We basically paid $16.50 for some fries and mashed potatoes.

The food has a great taste, staff is friendly! Although I think it’s a little pricey, it is so so worth it!!! I would recommend it to everyone!!!
Parking: Parking spots are a little ways from the building for handicap individuals. I suffer lung issues and found it difficult to get to the building. Or the stores fault!

Small portions. Food was OK. Expensive. The worst part is the unsocial, inconsiderate, manager who does not even acknowledge you when you walk in, to the point that people walk out. Would be willing to try it again but not at this location.
