I've been here many times and my last is my last. Our orders was wrong 3 times. We asked for no onions on 1 due to food allergies it had onions on it. The lady at the counter told us were not making them over again I'll give your money back I said the receipt shows it can't have onions i got well were under paid under staffed and over worked. I asked to speak to the manager she with a slight laugh said she was. No food and 30.+ later we walked out the door.

Honestly the sub was weak... 3 slices of cheese 4 slices of paper thin turkey.. idk what happened to this location but been to others and was a sub not a bead sandwich. I guess each franchise runs different

The store and dining area were clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We came in to order 2 regular subs and 1 gluten free sub due to allergy. The allergy was handled so well and we really appreciated the attention to detail! Service was A+

Prices are very high, food is mediocre at best. I watched as the guy slicing meat brushed off excess ONTO THE FLOOR. The floor was full of old food. Very disgusting and unclean. I won't be going back.

Always been a fan of Jersey Mike's, including being a rewards member for many years. The store in Whiting is a welcomed addition to the community. I have visited this store a handful of times. Mostly good experiences, but tonight after I placed my order and my sandwiches were made, I was informed that they do not take 100. 00 bills, by a male employee, I also did not have my wallet with me. He told me that as a courtesy he would allow me to pay with the 100. 00 bill this time. At that point I suggested he move the sign from the register, which is placed after you order your food, to the front door. He said " I can do that for you". For me? Rude!

Paid for double meat and cheese because did order when they 1st opened and was a bit skimpy. Definitely charged for double meat and cheese but this is a joke. What would our 3 subs have looked like if I didn't order dbl meat and cheese??? Sad excuse for a sub. Have gotten from other JM's often and made regular and more meat than this. Unfortunately they are on our way home from work and not a whole lot of great subs shops out here in Burlington County. Seriously disappointed.

I've tried a variety of Subs and they're always good, made with freshly baked rolls. They also have gluten-free rolls. Their combo of sub, chips, and soda is a good deal. A meal here cost me only a little more than a meal at the Wendy's next door and it's a heck of a lot better. The staff is friendly and energetic. There might be a line because they are so popular in town, but they keep it moving along.
Parking: The parking lot is not particularly big, but even at busy times, I haven't had to wait for a spot.

Ordered 3 subs and left , got home 25 minutes later and one of subs wasn’t mine at all . Called the store and they said come back for a “ free same size sub “ I’m like , it’s not free if I’ve already paid for it . I’m like, I’m not driving back to you another 50 minute round trip for a reimbursed sub ….. so I lost 12$ sub cause I dont eat what was just thrown in my order. And they don’t wanna comp my time I wasted or my money…. 2nd time I’ve been there , will be the last…… customer service sucks these days I guess .
