Great bagels , great service
This was a Bagel Time Cafe which was great for all types of bagels and unique cream cheese spreads. Went in today for the first time this season and was disappointed that if you want a bagel, it's only plain and regular cream cheese. It's more of a general breakfast/lunch location. The lunch menu is much bigger, and there is expanded seating, although the air conditioning was not on with it being 90 outside. If you are looking for a variety of bagels you can see and know are fresh, this isn't the place to go. No longer is there fresh squeezed orange juice or the option for specialty bagel sandwiches like lox and cream cheese. Most tables around us were ordering bagel sandwiches, and they were all the same plain, no flare, no variety. Maybe I will try lunch in the future, but it's not the same go to breakfast place anymore.
Just had Effie’s buttercup cafe for the first time and I have to say this has by far been the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had. I have traveled all over the world and indulged in some of the top proclaimed breakfast spots, but nothing comes close to Effie’s Cafe in Wildwood Crest. The staff was extremely friendly, organized and efficient. Food came out within 15 min and was superb. I didn’t want the meal to end! I hope Effie’s continues to thrive and I will be placing this cafe on the top of my list for anyone seeking breakfast recommendations in Wildwood!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff is a complete mess, took 15 minutes for the waitress to be located for our table. Then I got my food around 30 minutes later and my friends did not, the kitchen apparently forgot about their order and were going to cook it, meanwhile there are people in the takeout line waiting and very frustrated due to the long wait. My friends had to get breakfast at a different spot. Complete and utter chaos, it’s a breakfast spot, hire people who know what they are doing, it’s not a hard business to run, I can’t imagine if they were doing dinner. This place should be closed if you don’t have competent people working for you.
What a find in Wildwood! So cute and the food was delicious!!
This was a BAGEL TIME CAFE.... New owner And completely renovated.... Very nice.
I got a SOUTH BEACH Which I assumed was going to be a small bowl!!!!! See the pic....
Also sausage omelet!!!
Nice menu for breakfast and lunch so I'll be trying that the rest of the week.
GREAT STAFF!
We went here randomly one day like 15 minutes before closing. The staff was so friendly, the outdoor space is great for kids and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning!
absolute chaos with orders this am 8:30 or so, there needs to be a more accurate way to identify between people with the same name...uuuggghhh.
Dining in, had a delicious bagel sandwich and fruit/yogurt bowl.

Website says "open daily" and this Google listing shows they are open. Earlier today I arrived and the place is under construction. No notification on their website or this listing. Why lie and deceive their potential customers? If you can't maintain a website I don't expect you to maintain a good resturant.

75 dollars for 3 breakfast bagel sandwiches and a pancake platter was not worth it.

Alright so this is a great breakfast location for anyone in the Wildwood crest area. You can take out, you can eat in, and you can even get it delivered. The food is amazing and I've always enjoyed having one of their breakfast sandwiches in the morning and its become a tradition. There service could overall be a just a little bit better because they are sometimes kind of slow for being a rather small location. However the atmosphere is great when the sun is just up and you're sitting there with your coffee and pancakes outside or inside with an overall great feeling from the vibes it gives off. I love this place with all my heart
Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids have a great time because of the seagulls they can see through the windows and because it's not a busy place and overcrowded
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible since it's on a flat curb off the side street
Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of options for most people.
